We enjoyed the condo and all its features. So nice to be right by the water. We were given very detailed information about the condo....entry codes, how to work things etc.Robert got back to us quickly when the TV wouldn’t work. Mark, the manager was also helpful.

Sisters Trip

We loved staying at Roberta’s Rest. It was so nice to travel with my 3 sisters to beautiful St. Croix. The condo was exactly as pictured and the ocean view from the balcony is breathtaking. We loved walking the beach to The Palm for dinner. We will definitely be back.

3 weeks in paradise

Great place. Location was great. We really enjoyed meeting the other folks in the condo complex, very friendly. I was a bit of a pain for the prop manager and owner with my questions but they were great and very patient.

The location of this property is great. The condition of the property is not. Yes the air conditioning worked, but that is about it. The property is in desperate need of updating. None of the windows opened. The patio door was almost impossible to open and for the first few days of the stay my wife couldn't even open the door to get into the apartment it was so damaged. There are less expensive better places to stay on the island.

Alas, island life is not for everyone. And try as you might you can never make some people happy, even in a 5-Star environment. When it was reported that the sliding door was hard to open it was lubricated. When there was trouble with the front door, which is the responsibility of the condominium, the manager corrected it immediately. Staff always bend over backwards to make guests happy and deserve to be thanked.

Awesome condo

What you see in the photos is truly what you get! Beautiful, peaceful, close to most everything you need. You need a GPS as some streets are hard to find. We would definitely stay here again.

Quiet and Clean

Condo meet all expectations. Had walking beach and good pool. Condo was well stocked and clean. Owner provided great information and everything we needed for our stay. Balcony offered great views and comfortable seating.

Quiet and friendly

We enjoyed the balcony over the ocean and the sound of waves crashing on the rocks was wonderful for sleeping. Friendly residents was great and their suggestions for the island was extremely helpful. A mellow quiet vacation was what we needed and we got all the rest we needed.

Wonderful Stay

We spent a month here and it was wonderful. Condo is just as advertised and the owners were just a phone call away. Complex is small and friendly. Only a short ride into town. Enjoyed every minute of being there. The island is beautiful with many beaches and friendly people. We'll be back!!

Family Vacation

This place was perfect for our family. The kitchen was well stocked for when we ate at home, but the location was also great for proximity to lots of great restaurants and activities. We were excited to be right on the water, but unfortunately the beach wasn't great for playing in the water. The kids enjoyed the pool though.

Excellent location. Biggest disappointment was the lack of comfortable seating. Wicker furniture is generally uncomfortable unless it has thick cushions - these didn’t!

This property is as listed. The property surrounding it was severely damaged and it looks like repairs have begun. The beds were comfortable and plenty of towels were provided. It is on the water but the beach there is rocky and fairly rough, so I’m my opinion, not swimmable. My family was here to dive so we were really only on the property to sleep.

Loved It!

We stayed two months and loved it. Everything was as advertised. Owner and property manager were very responsive and helpful during our entire stay. Condo was well equipped with everything we needed. View is spectacular and you never get tired of its beauty. Met a number of other residents and renters and everyone was helpful and friendly. We found the history of St Croix to be exceedingly interesting, dining out to be fantastic and the Crucians to be wonderful people. This is our seventh VRBO rental and while we usually choose to visit somewhere new we have booked this condo again for next year!

I could live here

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was just our style... down-to-earth, casual, light, bright, airy. Felt like being a local for a week. Instructions were thorough and accurate. We needed assistance with a minor item and received help quickly, both from owner and management company. Loved the view and the rum cabinet. :) AC in master bedroom and all the fluffy towels were appreciated. The community pool is impeccable. Nice central location for first timers, and quick to Christiansted. Many thanks!

Excellent place to stay

I would rate it as excellent with a few very minor issues with the cable tv ( didnt work). There was a fire tv stick available that did work. The stereo plug was so corroded in the power strip we barely got it unplugged. Everything else was great! The view, the beach, the pool. To future renters: Don't be fooled by the look of the exterior it is the environment that causes the corrosion problems and exterior maintenance is a full time activity.

Stunning ocean view

This property is literally right on the ocean. So often pictures are deceiving...these aren't. The sound of the waves were amazing. Tbede was always a breeze that would blow through the condo. It's surprising how cool it is. The condo has everything you could possibly need. Plenty of towels, extra sheets, kitchen is well stocked with plenty of spices etc. The ocean is not really suitable to get in here. Lots of rocks and large waves but otherwise, it is just incredible. I will stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great place, has all the basics. The condo was exactly as presented in the listing. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beauty of the ocean right outside the unit, as pictured. The condo is very clean, comfortable, has lots of space and all the comforts of home. The only suggestion would be to provide beach chairs. We purchased chairs ourselves and left one for future guests. Otherwise, it was a perfect place. We enjoyed our stay in St. Croix. Thank you so much! Tanya Belinskaya Artiom Petrov

Centrally located and clean

The property itself was nice, no complaints. We did find the North side of the island to be very windy while we were there. The condo has a beautiful view of the water and we were hoping to enjoy it from the balcony, but it was too windy to do that or to swim during our stay. The condo is nicely decorated and with all the windows we were able to watch the waves come rolling into shore and large ships heading in and out of Christiansted Harbor. There were many conveniences, like spices to cook with, and coolers that came in handy for our adventures. There were several little things that you don't think of ahead of time that were there for our conveniences, we really appreciated that.

This Really Is On The Ocean Front!!

We had several power outages which resulted in water supply issues. But in St. Croix, you learn to roll with the punches. Otherwise, the Condo worked well for us. The beds were good. The kitchen worked well as we cooked numerous meals in the condo. The wooden chairs and table are bit old and needed some help. We ended up buying a floor fan (and leaving it there) as we needed more air circulation. We loved our month of January in St. Croix. Would we stat in the same Condo? Probably…it worked great for us!

The sunrise is perfect, and you are right on top of the water

We had a great stay at Roberta’s rest. The listing is accurate, this is an adorable place right on top of the water. It’s nice being on the second floor for the breezes and the view. You look right out over Buck Island, and have the most spectacular sunrises. The place could use a dusting but has everything that you could possibly want or need. We were missing some towels when we got there and very quickly got them - delivered by the cleaning crew. It was nice that basics were provided like dish soap and catsup and different things like that. The place was plenty big for two teens and two adults, and it was nice that we could use Netflix and whatever else we wanted entertainment wise. The pool area is very nice and the little beach area is cute out front. We really enjoyed walks on the beach, but as others have said, this is not a place for swimming. Totally enjoyed our stay!
