Enjoy hassle-free entry with our Smart Lock system. Check-in is at 4 pm, and check-out is at 10 am. You will receive a code 24 hours prior to your stay.
The Neighborhood:
Located in Historic Corolla Village and is a short walk to restored shops, the historic Whalehead mansion, and a guest favorite â the Currituck Beach Lighthouse.
And when youâre ready to dip your toes in the sand, Tranquility is located just a quick 1-minute walk to the beach access. Historic Corolla Village also hosts the Wild Horse Museum, offering memorabilia and souvenirs. All proceeds from the sale of merchandise go directly to protect, preserve, and care for the wild horses.
Just a few minutes north is the entrance to the 4Ă4 Beach, where you can take a scenic drive on the sand and possibly catch a glimpse of the wild horses grazing on the beach.

RENTAL AGREEMENT â
After booking your stay with us, we kindly ask our guests to complete a rental agreement. This is a standard procedure designed to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all parties involved in renting homes in North Carolina. When signing the rental agreement, you are agreeing to share this agreement and the house rules with all parties that will be on the property during your stay. This rental agreement applies to "everyone" staying or visiting the property. If you are booking on Airbnb, you will receive a link to the rental agreement in the Airbnb app.

TRUST & SAFETY FEE â
Our company applies a single, nonrefundable fee for a Safely Protection Policy. We do not collect a security deposit. A Safely Protection Policy (short-term rental insurance) ensures that the guest, the home and its contents are protected during the stay.

CLEANING & SANITIZATION â
Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

POOLS & HOT TUBS â
The pool and hot are open seasonally from May 15-October 15.

NOT A PET-FRIENDLY HOME â
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them. Should you bring pets without obtaining prior permission from the host, there will be a $400 infraction fee, and your stay will be subject to cancellation with no refund and an expedited eviction.

NO SMOKING INSIDE â
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside of the home. If you smoke outside the home, please clean up after.

SECURITY CAMERAS â
All of our homes have exterior security cameras for the safety and security of our guests. Exterior cameras are pointed at areas of ingress and egress from the home. This home has one camera overlooking the front door.

NO THIRD PARTY BOOKINGS â
For the safety and tranquility of our guests and neighbors, we strictly prohibit third-party bookings. The person making the reservation must be the one staying at the property.

NO PARTIES/EVENTS â
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its condition for future guests and your return visits. We do not accept reservations from individuals under the age of 25, especially for high school or college parties.

FIREPLACE â
The fireplace is a charming decorative feature, meant to add ambiance rather than be used.
