The Space:

Salt air and the sound of the Pacific set the tone from the moment you arrive. This condo in the Kite & Terra development sits within the Terra tower, where ocean breezes move freely and the views stretch across the water, the gardens, and the pool below. Bucerías - one of Nayarit's most beloved coastal towns - unfolds gently around you, with beach access just steps away and the easy warmth of Mexico's Pacific coast always close at hand.

 

Sleeping arrangements

The condo accommodates up to 6 guests across 2 bedrooms and 3 beds, each room with clothing storage in a closet to keep things organised throughout your stay. Air conditioning runs throughout, so you can rest easily after a day of sun and sand. The single-level layout means no stairs inside the home, and elevator access from the ground level makes arrivals and departures effortless.

 

Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen gives you every reason to slow down and settle in. A refrigerator, microwave, and blender are all on hand, and the space is set up for guests to cook their own meals at their own pace. Pull up a seat at the dining table for a relaxed breakfast before the beach, or a quiet dinner with regional ingredients from one of the nearby local eateries.

 

Outdoor living

The shared pool and hot tub are open year-round - ideal whether you want to cool off under the midday sun or ease into a warm soak as the evening comes in. Outdoor furniture gives you a comfortable spot to sit with a book, take in the garden view, or simply watch the light shift over the coastline. Shared beach access means the shoreline is always within reach whenever you feel like a walk or a swim.

 

Comfort & convenience

Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, and a private entrance come as standard. Free parking is available both in the garage on the premises and on the street, making it easy to come and go. Resort access allows guests to enjoy nearby resort facilities, adding an extra dimension to the stay. The host greets you in person on arrival, and long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.

 

Neighbourhood

Set in a calm, family-friendly pocket of Bucerías, the condo is well-placed for exploring this coastal town at your own pace. Nayarit's tropical climate averages around 28°C year-round, so the beach, the bay, and the local restaurant scene are all reliably enjoyable. Banderas Bay and nearby Nuevo Vallarta are within easy reach for day trips or wider exploration along Mexico's Pacific coast.



Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards. It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your charter and regulations. Upon your arrival, our staff will be pleased to welcome you at the reception for Check-In, available from 15:00 p.m. to 18:00 p.m. After this time, check-in is not allowed, so please take your precautions. If you need to check-in outside these hours, please let us know in advance so we can provide you with the assistance you need and coordinate your arrival. *Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be before 17:00 pm. Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



The Neighborhood:

It is one of the most complete vacation spots in the Mexican Pacific. Comprising some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, Nuevo Vallarta is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time, since it has one of the most accessible beaches in Banderas Bay.

There are cab services nearby, as well as uber service through your app. In the home manual we give you the option to view our website in the "explore" section we give you options for transportation, as well as places you can visit to eat or buy items.

We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary.

The maximum capacity of the unit includes adults, children and babies, since the condominium rules and regulations, all count equally, even babies. The platform as such, does not charge for babies under 2 years old and does not include them in the total capacity. Please take this into account when counting guests to avoid misunderstandings when arriving at the condominium and not being allowed to enter the unit. Terrace: -The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning service, change of linens or laundry during your stay. The rate shown per night, is the base price, which integrates from *1 to 4 guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost of approximately 15 dlls per person per night. * -The accommodation has a capacity of __6__ same as indicated in the ad, we let you know that the Airbnb platform does not count children and babies within the capacity, note that the condo if, so it is necessary that when booking integrate the exact number of guests in relation to the capacity, counting adults, children and babies. -The final cost may vary depending on the number of nights, number of guests and date of reservation. -No guests allowed -Pets are not allowed -Amenities provided are for a single night's sustenance. -Basic kitchen utensils provided are tools, not supplies. -The kitchen is equipped with: plates, glasses, cups and cutlery. Terra is located in a development in which it has its own facilities, so you can not make use of other facilities that do not correspond to the Terra tower. -Because of the nature of the destination it is common that on the beach you will find small mosquitoes called gnats that cause bites, we recommend using repellent so you do not have any discomfort, their bite is harmless but can cause itching. Electricity consumption: Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total kw that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed. Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos. The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading. -IMPORTANT: We would like to remind you that it is vitally important not to dispose of any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper. As an alternative, we have provided garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps. The VRBO screwed up my reservation which was 4 nights in a 2 bed, 2 bath condo. I received a 1 bed 1bath one night then i was offered a mouldy 2 bed 2 bath condo with non-functioning fridge, TV and shower, loud ceiling fan and broken bathroom sink. Things became worse throughout my stay. I had to spend way too much time on my phone trying to get things fixed or addressed. The condo complex is a pretty setting with a nice heated pool and close proximity to a beautiful beach. However, the negative aspects of my stay far outweighed the beauty of the site.
