This dog-friendly retreat sleeps 12 and is centrally located near shops, dining, and the beach. Enjoy comfort, convenience, and style—plus sunsets on the back deck, a community pool, and plenty of space for family, friends, and furry companions. Drop your bags and start your vacation!

- All guests must be at least 25 years old, except for children with parents.

- Please note - Monthly discounts are not available during the summer season (Memorial Day through Labor Day).

-Linens and towels are included
-Starter amounts of toilet paper for each bathroom, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent/pods, hand soap at each sink, and dish soap at the kitchen sink. Also, supply shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathrooms.
-Guests are responsible for providing anything they need beyond the starter amounts provided.

*As of July 1, 2022, retailers in the State of Delaware no longer provide a plastic carryout bags made from film at checkout. Instead, they now provide customers access to a reusable bag or paper bags for purchases, or you may bring your own.

HOUSE RULES:
By booking this place, you are agreeing to comply to all House rules...
(These are not meant to scare/intimidate anyone, but just to ensure that we are being transparent and that our guests are treating our properties with respect).

** All guests must be 25+ except for children with parents.
** It is expected that you treat the place with respect, and everything is put back the way it was when you arrived and all messes cleaned up.
** No Parties in the unit!
** No Smoking/Vaping in the unit.
** Dogs only allowed, 1 max. No cats.
** Please clean up after your dog. There are poop bags provided.
** No extra overnight guests unless on the reservation or approved by hosts. If you violate this rule, the fee is $25 per extra guest per night with possible eviction.
** QUIET HOURS - 10pm-8am - Please be respectful of neighbors
** Checkout is 10am.
-Sorry no late checkouts.
-Please be respectful of our inspection team's and cleaners' tight schedules.
** Please do not put inside furniture outside.
** No trash should be left outside the unit door or on deck. Household trash/recycling must be disposed of in appropriate bins on the side of the house.
**Absolutely no candles should be used in this property for safety reasons.
** Please use the grill at your own risk.
** There is a security camera at the front for your protection and accurate guest count, if you touch or tamper with the camera, you will be asked to leave immediately.

**PLEASE NOTE - We supply a start of some toilet paper rolls, paper towels, garbage bags, dish & hand soap, dish & laundry detergent, and shampoo/conditioner/bodywash for your stay - once they run out, it's on the renter to replenish as needed.

**LONGER STAYS**
-It is mandatory that after 2 weeks we will come to inspect the rental. After the first inspection, we will then be checking every 30 days for the remainder of your stay.
- Toiletries/supplies are stocked upon arrival - once they run out, it is on the renter to replenish as needed.
