The maximum capacity of the unit includes adults, children and babies, since the condominium rules and regulations, all count equally, even babies. The platform as such, does not charge for babies under 2 years old and does not include them in the total capacity. Please take this into account when counting guests to avoid misunderstandings when arriving at the condominium and not being allowed to enter the unit. Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary. Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation. The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading. -Due to the nature of the destination it is common that in the beach you will find small mosquitoes called gnats that cause bites, we recommend you to use repellent so you do not have any discomfort, their bite is harmless but can cause itching. -IMPORTANT: We would like to remind you that it is vitally important not to dispose of any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper. As an alternative, we have provided garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps.

The space This entire condo accommodates up to six guests and offers three bedrooms, three beds, and two bathrooms. Designed with a calm and elegant aesthetic, it provides a comfortable environment for rest after a day by the beach or at the nearby resort facilities. Every room is prepared for your arrival with fresh bed linens, thoughtful touches, and a focus on cleanliness.
Sleeping arrangements Each bedroom offers a cozy retreat with comfortable bedding and storage for your belongings. Large windows bring in natural light, connecting indoor spaces with the lush surroundings. Two full bathrooms with hot water ensure convenience for everyone in your group.
Kitchen & dining The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals at your own pace. A refrigerator, microwave, stove, blender, coffee maker, dishes, and a dining table are provided for relaxed, home-style dining. Whether you’re blending fresh fruit for breakfast or sharing a quiet dinner together, this space invites slow, easy moments.
Outdoor living Step onto the private balcony to enjoy the tropical air and garden views. Comfortable outdoor furniture and an outdoor dining area make it easy to spend time outside, day or night. Guests can also enjoy access to multiple resort pools, including rooftop and beach club pools, and explore nearby gardens and beachfront paths.
Amenities & comfort Air conditioning keeps every room cool throughout the day. The condo includes Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, and a TV for leisure or remote work. The building features an elevator, free parking on-site and on the street, and step-free access throughout the home.
Guest access Guests have access to resort amenities such as a spa, gym, restaurants, bars, a beach club, and six swimming pools. The property offers a private entrance and self check-in with a lockbox for flexibility.
Things to note This home does not include a washer, hair dryer, shampoo, essentials, or heating. There is a carbon monoxide alarm, but a smoke alarm is not listed - guests are encouraged to contact the host with any safety questions.
Neighborhood Located in Corral del Risco, within the Punta Mita area of Nayarit, this setting combines quiet natural beauty with proximity to the Pacific Ocean. The region is known for its pristine beaches, outdoor activities, and relaxed pace. With a tropical climate averaging 28°C, the area offers an inviting atmosphere for swimming, exploring, or simply unwinding by the water.
Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards. It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation. Check In is done from the security booth and the Lobby of the condominium. The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host). Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host. Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards. The apartment is located on floor no.__3__, so guests access it by elevator.
