From here, you can ease into the rhythm of the neighborhood before heading out to explore nearby Andares, Bosque Los Colomos, or the surrounding commercial and cultural spots. When you return, the quiet flow of this single-level home gives you space to unwind and settle in at your own pace.



Sleeping arrangements

With space for up to 6 guests, the home features 3 bedrooms arranged for comfort and rest. Each room includes cotton linens, room-darkening shades, and clothing storage, giving you a calm environment to recharge. Two bathrooms with bathroom essentials help streamline your morning and evening routines.



Living space

The single-level layout - with no stairs inside - allows easy movement throughout the home. Air conditioning supports a comfortable atmosphere after warm afternoons in the city, and Wifi and a TV offer simple downtime options. A private entrance enhances the sense of having your own retreat within the building.



Kitchen and dining

The full kitchen provides everything you need for preparing meals during your stay, whether you are cooking something simple or settling in for a longer visit. Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



There are no parking spaces.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



The Staff will be able to receive you from 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.



Other Things to Note:

*Pool reservation must be made at least 24 hours in advance. (On Mondays, the pool is closed for maintenance)

In order to guarantee a better experience and the proper maintenance of our facilities, we inform you that the use of the pool is available exclusively for reservations of 5 nights or more.

We would like to inform you that Plaza Pabellón, where our condominium is located, is currently undergoing a remodeling process. Although these works do not directly affect the condominium facilities, we remind you that the entire plaza is under construction, we regret any inconvenience this may cause you.



-The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning or laundry service during your stay.



-The rate shown per night is the base price, which integrates from 1 to 4* guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost of approximately 15* dlls extra per person per night.



-The accommodation has a capacity of __4__ same as indicated in the ad, we let you know that the Airbnb platform does not count children and babies within the capacity, note that the condo if, so it is necessary that when booking integrate the exact number of guests in relation to the capacity, counting adults, children and babies.
