1. Mandatory garbage disposal: All garbage must be placed exclusively in the garbage chute (shut) located in the service stairwells. It is strictly forbidden to leave garbage bags in the aisles.
2. Garbage Disposal Requirements: Garbage must be contained in garbage bags, preferably double. Large objects or glass bottles must not be thrown into the garbage chute. These should be deposited directly in the dumpster located in Basement 1.
3. Liability for damage: Any person causing damage to the trash chute will be responsible for repair costs. Failure to comply with this obligation may result in penalties.
4. Instructions for rentals through platforms such as Airbnb: For apartments renting through these platforms, we ask that you instruct your guests on these provisions to avoid mishaps.

Guest Access:
IMPORTANT: At the moment this unit does not have access to the condominium amenities. Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards. Guests staying with us for more than 2 nights will be allowed to access the pool. For shorter stays, only the gym is available, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation. Check-in is done at the lobby. Prior to your arrival, we will send you information with your access code to the door, as it is equipped with an electronic lock. Our staff can welcome you between 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time, please contact your host). Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host. *The check-in time for same-day reservations will be from 6:00 pm onwards.

We recommend renting a car from the airport or you can use the cab service or the Uber platform to get around the city.

Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation. To ensure a 5-star stay, please consider the following information: Dear guest, at the end of your visit, please make sure to leave the access cards inside the apartment. Your help is essential for us, thank you very much! The cleaning fee covers pre- and post-stay cleaning; it does not include any cleaning or laundry services during your stay. The displayed nightly rate is the base price, which includes 1 to 5* guests. For additional guests, there will be an extra cost of approximately $20* USD per person per night. The accommodation has a capacity of 6, as indicated in the listing. Please note that Airbnb does not count children and infants within the capacity, but the condo does. When booking, include the exact number of guests, including adults, children, and infants. -Guests are not allowed. -Pets are not allowed. -Linen changes are not provided during the stay. -Provided amenities are for a single-night stay. -Basic kitchen utensils are tools, not consumables. -The grill is available upon request with 24 hours' notice. Parking is subject to availability. -We are an environmentally conscious company and appreciate your support in using electricity responsibly. -Maintenance and administration of common areas in the condo are not managed by Del Mar Boutique Accommodation. -It's important to note that due to ongoing development in Guadalajara, there may be construction near the condos, leading to daytime noise. In case you have a car: this unit does not have a parking space in the building but we will be happy to provide you with a parking space nearby.
