Set within a building with elevator access, the apartment spans a single level with no interior stairs, making movement throughout the space effortless. Self check-in via keypad means your arrival is smooth and entirely on your schedule. The living area is bright and comfortable - a place to decompress after a day out, stream your favorite shows on the TV, or simply take in the shifting light of the city below.



Sleeping arrangements

Three bedrooms accommodate up to 6 guests, each with a bed, cotton linens, hangers, and clothing storage in a closet so you can properly unpack and settle in. Three full bathrooms mean no queuing in the mornings - each stocked with a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and hot water. Towels and toilet paper are also provided.



Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals at home throughout your stay. You'll find a refrigerator, microwave, electric stove, stainless steel oven, coffee maker, blender, wine glasses, dishes and silverware, and cooking basics. A dining table provides a relaxed setting for shared meals, morning coffee, or winding down with a glass of wine as the city lights come on outside.

Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



Guests staying with us for more than 2 nights will be allowed to access the pool. For shorter stays, only the gym is available, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.





It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



Check-in is done at the lobby. Prior to your arrival, we will send you information with your access code to the door, as it is equipped with an electronic lock.



Our staff can welcome you between 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time, please contact your host).



Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



*The check-in time for same-day reservations will be from 6:00 pm onwards.

The displayed nightly rate is the base price, which includes 1 to 5* guests. For additional guests, there will be an extra cost of approximately $20* USD per person per night.



The accommodation has a capacity of 6, as indicated in the listing. Please note that Airbnb does not count children and infants within the capacity, but the condo does. When booking, include the exact number of guests, including adults, children, and infants.

-It's important to note that due to ongoing development in Guadalajara, there may be construction near the condos, leading to daytime noise.



In case you have a car: this unit does not have a parking space in the building but we will be happy to provide you with a parking space nearby.
