The Space:
Soft daylight spills through the large windows as Guadalajara begins its day below, and for a moment the city feels entirely yours. Inside, the air is cool and unhurried - a quiet counterpoint to the energy waiting just outside the door. This two-bedroom apartment gives you a grounded place to return to, whether you've spent the afternoon tracing the murals of Centro HistĂłrico or wandering the tree-lined streets near Glorieta Minerva.
Sleeping arrangements
Two bedrooms accommodate up to four guests, each fitted with a comfortable bed, room-darkening shades, and soft bed linens to support restful nights. Hangers and a closet keep belongings organized throughout your stay, so the space stays easy and uncluttered no matter how long you're in town.
Living and comfort
Air conditioning keeps the apartment cool and comfortable throughout the day - a welcome refuge after time spent exploring the city streets. Wind down in the evening with the TV, or stay connected through Wifi at your own pace. Two full bathrooms serve the group without friction, each supplied with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and hot water whenever you need it.
Kitchen and dining
The fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook at your leisure. A gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and wine glasses are all on hand, along with dishes and silverware for the table. Pull up a seat at the dining table for a shared breakfast before heading out, or settle in for a relaxed dinner after a long day in the city.
Building and access
A private entrance gives you the independence to come and go on your own terms. The building elevator - with a cabin depth of at least 52 inches and a doorway at least 32 inches wide - provides smooth, easy access between floors. Self check-in via keypad means your arrival is seamless, with no need to coordinate schedules.
Pool and outdoor retreat
When the pace calls for stillness, the pool offers a quiet place to reset. Guadalajara's climate stays mild through the cooler months, making a relaxed afternoon by the water a genuine option well beyond the peak of summer.
Neighborhood
The apartment sits within reach of some of the city's most defining areas - Paseo Chapultepec, Glorieta Minerva, and Centro HistĂłrico are all close by. The surrounding streets carry the character Guadalajara is known for: independent cafes, layered architecture, and a cultural energy that rewards slow exploration. This is a neighborhood that feels lived-in and genuine, a fitting base for getting to know the city on your own terms.

1. Mandatory garbage disposal:
All garbage must be placed exclusively in the garbage chute (shut) located in the service stairwells.
It is strictly forbidden to leave garbage bags in the aisles.
2. Garbage Disposal Requirements:
Garbage must be contained in garbage bags, preferably double.
Large objects or glass bottles must not be thrown into the garbage chute. These should be deposited directly in the dumpster located in Basement 1.
3. Liability for damage:
Any person causing damage to the trash chute will be responsible for repair costs. Failure to comply with this obligation may result in penalties.
4. Instructions for rentals through platforms such as Airbnb:
For apartments renting through these platforms, we ask that you instruct your guests on these provisions to avoid mishaps.
We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining order and cleanliness in our facilities.

Guest Access:
Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.
There are no parking spaces.
Guests staying with us for more than 2 nights will be allowed to access the pool. For shorter stays, only the gym is available, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Check-in is done at the lobby. Prior to your arrival, we will send you information with your access code to the door, as it is equipped with an electronic lock.
Our staff can welcome you between 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time, please contact your host).
Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.
*The check-in time for same-day reservations will be from 6:00 pm onwards.

The cleaning fee covers pre- and post-stay cleaning; it does not include any cleaning or laundry services during your stay.
The displayed nightly rate is the base price, which includes 1 to 4* guests. For additional guests, there will be an extra cost of approximately $15* USD per person per night.
The accommodation has a capacity of 4, as indicated in the listing. Please note that Airbnb does not count children and infants within the capacity, but the condo does. When booking, include the exact number of guests, including adults, children, and infants.
