Town house was a bit dated but very very clean and had everything we needed for our 10 week stay. There was a nice heated community pool and miles of trails and streets for walking or biking. There is a Publix 2 blocks away and several restaurants within walking distance. I would recommend it.
This townhome was conveniently located for our planned excusions, very reasonable cost, clean and well supplied. There were 6 of us who enjoyed plenty of space and had a kitchen where we could prepare our meals easily.
This is a very nice place to stay, In fact, I have stayed at other locations, and this one has far more to offer: washing machine, dryer, two lovely bedrooms and two convenient bathrooms, a comfortable living room and a well-stocked kitchen. All this, and it is located between two of my favorite beaches: Sanibel and Naples.
My husband and I lived in Ft. Myers for 30 years and raised 3 sons there. I am a retired English teacher and he is a semi-retired pharmacist. My mother was the original owner of this townhouse, building it in 1983. We have been lovingly caring for it since her passing, and try to make an improvement annually. 2020 brought the new washer. We visit from our Virginia home, enjoying working on the condo, and visiting our wonderful Florida friends.
Centrally located in Ft. Myers, with easy access to all the main roads. It is just off Summerlin Road, which goes to Tanger Outlet Mall and Sanibel and Captiva Islands. It is close to the Midpoint Bridge, which goes to Cape Coral. It is also near McGregor Boulevard, a short ride to the Edison Home, downtown Ft. Myers, and Ft. Myers Beach. Nearby Colonial Boulevard takes one to I-75, Treeline Blvd., Regional Southwest Airport (RSW), FGCU, Gulf Coast Town Center, and Miramar Outlet Mall. Route 41 or Cleveland Avenue is close and accesses Edison Mall, Bell Tower Shops, Estero, Bonita Springs, and Naples, with many points of interest along the way.
