The open-concept living and dining area is designed for both relaxation and connection. The spacious living room offers comfortable seating and a 75" smart TV—perfect for movie nights or unwinding after the beach. Located just behind the sofa, the dining table seats six and is ideal for family meals, card games, or puzzle nights.
🍳 Kitchen & Coffee Bar
This fully equipped kitchen combines style and function, featuring sleek countertops, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of cabinet space. The center island offers extra prep room and includes seating for two—perfect for casual breakfasts or keeping the cook company. Coffee lovers will enjoy the stocked coffee bar, featuring coffee, creamer, sugar, and tea—perfect for starting your morning right. PARKING:
There is no dedicated on site parking for this unit. Street parking can be found nearby and is free.
STAIRS:
There are approx. 10 stairs required to access the unit.
The Guests agrees to the following terms and conditions during their stay.
- Check oct before check out time, and check in after check in time.
- Absolutely no parties or events.
- No smoking - if detected there will be a $500 fee.
- No drugs
- No underage consumption of alcohol
- Failure to return parking permit will result in $150 fee per permit not returned
- No loud music after 10PM/ Please monitor noise levels
- Keep noise and volume down between the quiet hours of 10PM-8AM.
- No more than the number of people booked in the reservation are allowed on the premises at any time, unless approved by the host.
- No glitter, confetti, or taping things to the walls.
- No Candles, wax or open flames
- Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet.
- Do not put anything down the drain.
The person booking and checking in must be 21 or older and must be present the entire duration of the stay.
We are not responsible for any loss of items or valuables during your stay or items left behind. Please thoroughly check the property to ensure you have all your personal belongings before check out.
Any violation of our House Rules is subject to non-entry/removal from property/no refund or additional fees for any damages.
