A bubbling spa overflows into the pool, the perfect way to soothe all your cares away after long days at the theme parks. A dining table with umbrella can host al fresco meals, while the barbeque master in your crew will delight in whipping up delicious meals on the grill.



Inside the home you’ll find bright, open areas curated with brand-new furnishings and flooring throughout the common areas, welcoming you to unwind and connect with loved ones. Relax in the living room on plush sofa and recliner seating while you stream all your favorite entertainment on the smart TV. Steps away, the fully equipped kitchen showcases stainless steel appliances, whitewashed cabinetry, and ample counter space for preparation and storage. A chic dining table hosts 4 for formal meals, while 2 stools at the counter are ideal for more quick and casual bites.

Bedroom #3 includes 2 twin size beds.



Bedroom #4 includes a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.



The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Driveway parking available for 2 vehicles, with street parking available on an as-needed basis.

• Pack and play highchair rental available per request.

• Guests are welcome to use the property's outdoor swimming pool. The pool is not equipped with a heater and its temperature is dependent on the weather. It is most enjoyable during the peak sunshine hours of the day.

• Patio grills. Your home might have a BBQ grill installed on the patio. If you decide to use the grill, there is a $95 fee. You should request to use the BBQ grill prior to your arrival as we have locks on the grills. After each checkout and before any arrival, our operations team checks the grills by taking pictures and/or videos. If it is determined that you or your guests used the grill, you will receive communication from our guest services team advising you that your card will be charged. BBQ grill fees are non-refundable.



The group-friendly accommodations at Westbury community is are located just a few miles from all of the incredible parks and attractions this area has in spaces, including Epcot, the Magic Kingdom, Disney’s Animal Kingdom, Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park, and Disney’s Hollywood Studios. A little further out, you can visit SeaWorld Orlando and Universal Studios Orlando.



Sunset Walk, a modern shopping complex offering just about everything under the sun, is 13 miles away and features the Island H20 Waterpark, over a dozen noteworthy restaurants, a dine-in movie theater, video arcade, live music, farmers market, spa, more. There’s truly something for everyone!
