Guests of Playing Hooky will enjoy access to all of the exciting amenities at Villa Del Sol, kicking your trip off to a great start as soon as you arrive. We are the first condo right next to one of the pools and only a 2-minuite walk to the clubhouse and 2nd pool on-site! You can look forward to dropping the bags indoors and heading out to the sparkling inground oasis to make a splash or lounge the afternoon away while soaking up the plentiful sunshine. The bubbling hot tub will soothe your tired muscles after all that theme park hopping, while the kids burn off any energy they have left on the playground or in the kiddie pool. Hit the tennis court or the state-of-the-art fitness center to work up a sweat and stay on track with your goals, afterward treating yourself and the whole family to a barbeque feast whipped up on the grill.



At the end of busy days out and about, retire to the home’s chic and modern interior to relax and refresh amid the contemporary furnishings and sophisticated décor. Cool tile flooring runs throughout the open floor plan, keeping the heat at bay while creating organic synergy between spaces. Sink into plush sofa and armchair seating in the living room while you stream episodes of all your favorite shows on the smart TV. A dedicated, built-in workspace will help you keep up with those pesky emails or take a quick video call if needed.



The fully equipped kitchen showcases stainless steel appliances, glossy granite counters, and sleek white cabinetry stocked with cookware and dining ware. Snag a high-top stool at the counter to snack on a spread of appetizers or gather in the dining room for a formal meal at the table with seating for the whole crew.



This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #2 includes 2 twin size beds, a smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Lot parking available for 2 vehicles. Parking passes are required and will be provided in the unit upon arrival.

• Guests have access to 2 community pools and 2 hot tubs.



- Due to the high incidence of theft and damage, we do not provide wash cloths for bathing. If you need wash cloths, you will want to bring your own. However, bath towels and hand towels are provided.



This spectacular home is located 9 miles from Walt Disney World and just 17 miles from Universal Studios. Sunset Walk is just a quick 15 miles away, featuring the Island H2O Waterpark, over a dozen noteworthy restaurants, a dine-in movie theater, video arcade, live music, farmers market, spa, and if you can believe it SO much more! There’s truly something for everyone here in Kissimmee!



HOUSE RULES:



1. This property is non-smoking. You will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs

2. Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants.

3. This home is NOT pet friendly. You will be fined if traces of pets are found.

4. Do not park automobiles in the grass, as you will be towed/ticketed.

5. Always observe quiet hours after 9PM, as there are neighbors close by.

6. Pool and Fitness Center Rules and Regulations: Use the pool and Fitness Center at your own risk.

7. The association is not responsible for any accident or injuries. No animals, loud music, drinking alcohol, glass, food in pool or fitness center area. No running, pushing or other dangerous horseplay. Management reserves the right to deny use of a pool or gym to anyone at any time. No minors under twelve (12) allowed without adult supervision at pool areas and seventeen (17) at fitness center.

8. Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to leave without a refund
