Rules & Regulations
Effective: March 1, 2025
These Rules and Regulations are established to ensure the comfort, safety, and enjoyment of all guests and to protect the integrity of the property. By staying at The Villas at Laguna Beach, guests agree to comply with the following:
1. Occupancy & Use
Maximum occupancy per unit: Guest must adhere to the number noted in the individual guest confirmation email.
Units are for vacation use only; parties, events, and gatherings exceeding occupancy limits are strictly prohibited.
Subleasing or unauthorized occupants are not allowed.
2. Noise & Quiet Hours
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM â 8:00 AM.
Excessive noise, music, or disturbances are not permitted at any time.
Noise complaints may result in immediate eviction without refund.
3. Parking
Each unit is assigned 2 parking space(s). Guest vehicles must park in designated areas only.
No parking in fire lanes, grass, or unmarked spots.
Violators may be towed at the vehicle ownerâs expense.
4. Trash & Recycling
Trash must be bagged and placed in designated bins or enclosures.
Recycling is available for plastics, cardboard, and aluminum. Do not place food waste in recycling bins.
Trash pickup days: Monday and Friday.
5. Smoking, Vaping & Substances
No smoking or vaping allowed inside units or common areas.
Designated outdoor smoking areas are provided. Dispose of cigarette butts properly.
Use or possession of illegal drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited.
If a guest smokes inside the unit, a $500 smoke cleaning fee will be assessed.
6. Pets
No pets are allowed on the premise or in the units.
7. Pool & Common Areas
Pool hours: Sunrise to Sunset
No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.
Glass containers, running, and diving are prohibited in pool areas.
Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
8. Grills & Fire Safety
Grills must be used in designated areas only and never left unattended while in use.
Open flames, fire pits, fireworks, candles, or any flammable devices are strictly prohibited in all units, balconies, and the rooftop deck.
No grilling or open flame of any kind is permitted on the rooftop deck under any circumstance.
Do not tamper with or disable smoke detectors or fire safety equipment.
Smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, and fire escape plans are provided in each unit for your safety.
If a guest tampers with fire safety equipment or creates a false fire alarm, a $500 fee will be charged to the guest, as the Panama City Beach Fire Department will issue a fine to the property owner.
9. Check-in/Check-out
Check-in: 4pm | Check-out: 10am
Early Check-ins or Late check-outs will incur a fee unless pre-approved.
Guests must leave the unit in good condition. Excessive mess may result in additional cleaning fees.
10. Damages & Liability
Guests are responsible for damages caused during their stay.
A damage deposit may be withheld if the property is left in poor condition.
The community is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
11. Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate eviction without refund.
Management reserves the right to amend these rules at any time.
