Tucked in Bahama Bay Resort in Florida, Astounding Andros is a quintessential summer holiday home. As a guest of Bahama Bay, you’ll enjoy access to outdoor resort amenities including multiple pools, hot tubs, a beach area on Lake Davenport, a pier, and recreational courts.



Please note: this home is independently managed, and clubhouse access and indoor amenities (such as the fitness center and business center) are not included with your stay.



The Space:

Inside the home, the living room is warm and relaxing with hazel-colored interiors, plump matching couches around a smart tv, and lush tropical foliage. Large sliding doors bring ample natural light in while also opening out to a leafy patio with a 2-seater coffee table.



Whip up meals from home in the fully equipped kitchen with stylish white countertops and modern cabinetry. Stainless steel appliances are provided for guest use, including a coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, oven, and refrigerator. The 6-seater indoor dining table is ideal for wholesome family time.



The home accommodates 6 guests in 3 rooms.



Bedroom #1 has a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #2 features a queen size bed and smart TV.



Bedroom #3 has 2 twin size beds and smart TV.



THINGS TO NOTE:

This is a floor level unit with easy walk-in access.

The home has an additional bathroom with walk-in shower.

A washer/dryer is included.

Parking is available.

- In case of hurricanes or inclement weather or due to necessary repairs, certain amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay.

- We want to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible, however, due to the high incidence of theft and damage, we do not provide wash cloths for bathing. If you need wash cloths, you will want to bring your own. However, bath towels and hand towels are provided.



Guests have access to all outdoor resort amenities including pools, hot tubs, beach area, pier, and recreational courts. Access to the clubhouse building and all indoor amenities (including fitness center, business center, and front desk services) is NOT included.



Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of $30 per additional hours requested. Please feel free to contact us if you are interested in arranging.



For all reservations made through our official website, guests will be required to complete a secure verification process through our third-party partner, Autohost. This process helps us ensure the safety and integrity of all stays. The Neighborhood:

Many of Florida’s wildly popular theme parks are a quick drive away. Explore the legendary Walt Disney World (7.6 miles) and Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge (10.4 miles), or play with dolphins at SeaWorld (16.7 miles). Universal Studios is only 20.5 miles away — the world-famous adventure park that needs no introduction.



Spend an afternoon at Sunset Walk (7.5 miles), which is a lavish modern shopping complex, teeming with restaurants, live entertainment and trendy boutiques.

This home is independently managed and is not part of the onsite resort management program. Guests have access to outdoor amenities including pools, hot tubs, beach area, and pier. The clubhouse building and all indoor amenities (including fitness center, business center, and front desk services) are not available to guests of this rental. Amenity availability is controlled by the HOA and may change without notice.
