Well furnished villa in tranquil setting with panoramic views and pool

This semi-detached air conditioned villa, is on an exclusive small development on a hillside above Cittadella del Capo, Calabria. The site has its own infinity swimming pool and is five minutes from the nearest beach and town by car. A car is essential.

Well furnished rooms with stunning views. Bedroom 1, kingsize bed and balcony. Bedroom 2, kingsize bed with no balcony. Bedroom 3, small balcony, with sofa converting into either a double or 2 singles beds. All linen, bath and beach towels provided. Cot available.

Fully equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. A bathroom upstairs and a bathroom downstairs. Comfortable lounge and dining area, veranda with easy chairs for sitting. Large patio area for outside dining and BBQ.

If you are looking to relax in some peace and quiet in an unspoilt part of Italy, this is for you.

Not suitable for very young children or those with mobility problems due to steps to villa.

Vacanza memorabile

Casa in posizione tranquilla, con vista mozzafiato. Comoda ai servizi necessari e per raggiungere diverse e belle spiagge (abbiamo avuto la fortuna di assistere alla schiusa delle uova della tartaruga Caretta Caretta proprio sulla spiaggia nord di Cittadella).Fornita di tutto il necessario. La piscina anche se comune,molto tranquilla e a due passi da casa. La consiglio!

Tres jolie maison aussi bien intérieure qu extérieure et tres agreable de manger sur la terasse La belle piscine commune est au dessous de la maison et vu la periode nous etions les seuls a en profiter Le propriétaire est toujours disponible pour des conseils et tres sympathique Juste un peu éloigné mais le calme est agréable mais besoin d une voiture

We really enjoyed our holiday in this villa. It is spacious, clean, very comfortable, everything you need to have a marvellous holiday are available. On top of that, the view from the villa, on top of the hill overlooking the see, is magnificent!

La villa a toutes les commodités et elle bénéficie d'un emplacement exceptionnel avec vue sur la mer. Vous êtes à 5 minutes en voiture des plages. Cette région d'Italie est très belle et tranquille. Un grand Merci à nos hôtes.

Utterly beautiful

Our family had a lovely holiday at No 15 Case Rosse. The villa is very spacious and well furnished with everything we needed. The stunning views from the veranda were the highlight; we spent many hours, morning, noon and night, simply relaxing and looking across the sea. The kids loved the secluded pool and the local beaches. The weather was perfect and the local Italians were very friendly. This was quite simply the best holiday we have had and we'll definitely be coming back. Thank you!

Lovely holiday in Calabria

Amazing location and views out to sea for sunset beauty shots, quiet, comfortable beds, nice linen, attractive and well equipped kitchen. The owners had taken a lot of care to ensure that we were well guided in every respect and the restaurants recommended certainly lived up to their reviews. It was specially nice to have a large range of beach equipment to use. The pool was well managed and refreshing after a long hot day on the beach. We've stayed in Italy many times in nice apartments but this house is special.

Superbe villa

La villa est vraiment superbe, trés propre et trés bien équipée, Nous avons surtout apprécié la vue sublime de la terrasse sur laquelle nous avons pris tous nos repas. la piscine est trés agréable et nous y étions souvent seuls toutes les pièces sont équipées de moustiquaires, ce qui est trés appréciable car beaucoup de moustiques le soir. Nous vous recommandons le restaurant le Calypso à Belvédére: tout est excellent , pas cher et le personnel est trés sympathique le D'april and D' April , et le Pietrabianca sont aussi trés bien Ne pas manquer la spécialité de PIzzo, le Tartuffo, délicieuse glace au coeur coulant

No 15 Case Rosse

We enjoyed a lovely holiday in Telagrafo. The villa was spacious and well equipped with great views. It has a home from home feel with lots of personal touches from cook books to board games. The pool is close by and the pool and surrounding gardens are clean and well kept. There are nice (slightly shingley) beaches within a few minutes drive and for kids there are a couple of aqua parks within driving distance at Rossano and Praia a Mare. We liked the beach at Diamante Sud best. There are many restaurants a few minutes away by car, generally of a a good standard, particularly if you are a fan of seafood. It is useful to have a few words of Italian, as many of the Calabrians don't speak English. The owners have been very helpful, friendly and efficient in providing us with all information needed to plan our trip and outings. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property.

Fantastic family accomodation

This is a villa that offers fantastic family accomodation. We and our three kids spent a wonderful ten days at the house. With easy access to the pool (which, for the most of the time, we had to ourselves) and nearby beaches, vacation this time meant relaxation. Calabria, which we had not been to before, is worth a visit, especially if you are looking for a vacation that includes a beautiful landscape and a relaxed life-style. Contact with the owers was quick and professional, yet always with a friendly tone. The drive down from Naples airport was not too bad, but Lamenza Terme would definately be better option. Situated on a hill-side the villa definately offers a view to die for, but is not to be recommended for families with infants and for disabled people. The house is well equipped, well maintained and offers much privacy. You can tell that the proprietors have paid great attention to detail to ensure that your stay would be as rewarding as possible. We would definately recommend this house to anyone looking for a get-away a little bit beyond the most common tourist routes.

mooie villa

We vonden het een fijn schoon huis, met veel ruimte binnen en buiten. 2 mooie terrassen met prachtig uitzicht. Een korte wandeling naar het mooi gelegen gemeenschappelijk zwembad. Enige nadeel waren dit jaar de wespen. Misschien is dat andere jaren niet het geval. Je hebt wel een auto nodig om je te verplaatsen. Leuke plaatsjes in de buurt. Een aanrader.

Stunning views and a great swimming pool!

This was a fabulous place to stay! The views from the terrace were wonderful - you could sit for hours just looking out to sea. Bedrooms were large and very comfortable, with the added bonus of air conditioning. Swimming pool was gorgeous. You will have a fab holiday at this villa

Spacious luxurious villa with wonderful views

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED We spent two glorious weeks at the villa during July 2010. The villa easily accommodated our party of five adults and two children under 5. On our arrival we were all hugely surprised at how spacious the villa was; the photos on the website do not do it justice. The views of the bay and nearby hills are fantastic, especially from the shaded veranda in front of the lounge. The spacious paved terraced area to the side of the house was an excellent al fresco dining area, with plenty of room for a large party like ours. The communal pool, just a short walk away, was appreciated by children and adults alike. There were plenty of loungers and sun shades and we frequently had the pool to ourselves. The villa is equipped with many extras that you would not usually find in a rental property and the owners were very helpful in making sure we had everything we needed. The villa was immaculately clean and we especially appreciated the good quality towels and linen. Having two shower-rooms was also a bonus. The air conditioning in every room was efficient, and having the use of a washing machine enabled us to reduce the amount of luggage we needed to take with us. The villa is serviced by a local agent who was able to answer a few questions we had during our stay. A car is essential to access the nearby beaches, supermarkets and restaurants. The journey from Naples Airport to the villa was straightforward and on the return journey we stopped off to see the sites of Pompeii, a small detour we would highly recommend. We will most definitely be returning!

Fantastic villa with a phenomenal view

We spent 3 weeks of our summer vacation in this fantastic villa and from the very first day we felt like being home. The villa is very comfortable, spacious and provides everything you need for a relaxing vacation time. The entire equipment is luxurious and in an excellent condition. Eventhough we had contact by e-mail only, we can clearly say that the owners are friendly and always try to give assistance when needed. The formalities were done quickly and professionally, the service was exemplary (equipment list, local recommendations, guide of calabria a.s.o.). The (common) pool is clean and equipped with sufficient sun loungers and shades. Our twins (8 years) spent hours in this pool. By the way, there is even a pool attendant every day until 1PM. The location of the villa is a perfect starting point for trips to the numerous beaches as well as to the close national park amidst the mountains of the heartland. All in all, a perfect place to spent a perfect vacation. We definetly can recommend to everyone!
