An open-concept lofted retreat offers a primary room with en suite bathroom alongside a guest bed and full bath on the main floor, both with memory foam queen beds, closets, & storage. The loft office provides a dedicated workspace and includes a 3rd, king-size mattress within a giant, cozy faux fur bean bag.
A fully-stocked kitchen, complete with all the basic cooking necessities, complementary snacks, bottled water, and a coffee-maker and kettle for your morning brew of choice. Extended white quartz countertops provide bar seating while looking to the living and dining areas to connect with loved ones from the heart of the home.
Amenities continue as guests enjoy the smart TV + streaming, a garage to protect them and their vehicle from the elements, and a full laundry area offering washer, gas-powered dryer, and ironing supplies.
Outdoor seating at the front patio bistro table or private backyard dining set allows guests to fully enjoy the tranquil neighborhood and large back yard.

Hi and thank you so much for choosing my space for your getaway! I am a University of Georgia grad (Go Dawgs!) , ADHD Life Management Coach, and cat mom from right here in Kennesaw, GA. I love Braves baseball and Georgia football, relaxing by the beach, being in nature (especially jet skiing or boating on the water), and a good evening of chips, queso, and margaritas with the people I love.
I bought this property right after I turned 26 years old, with the dream of one day being an STR host to amazing guests like yourselves. Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
I chose this property primarily because Kennesaw is home. My family is here, my history is here, and I love this area. It doesn't hurt that this could not be more ideal location for STR guests like yourselves. It is centrally located within an adorable semi-walkable college community, surrounded by anything one might need. There is endless local entertainment between historic Kennesaw, Acworth, and Marietta, Lake Allatoona and Acworth Beach, Smith-Gilbert Gardens, and Kennesaw State University. A quick 30-minute drive south brings you to everything Atlanta has to offer, and just 40 minutes to the north you are in the beautiful North Georgia Mountains. I am so happy I chose this cute modern-day cottage in the heart of Kennesaw.

This modern-day cottage is full of uniquely designed features! An open-concept lower level allows for laughs and conversation to endlessly flow before a spiral staircase brings guests to a hideaway loft boasting a skylight and interior balcony. Cathedral ceilings give the space a bright and airy feel. While small, the space holds 2 full bedrooms and bathrooms, a garage and laundry area, and private fenced-in backyard.
