Cette maison côté baie située juste en face de l'océan a la plus grande piscine de Southampton à Westhampton est disponible à la location toute l'année.
Situé sur Dune Rd avec droit de passage vers l'océan de l'autre côté de la rue. Grand espace ouvert pour se divertir avec 6 chambres, 4 salles de bain, une terrasse surdimensionnée entourant une piscine chauffée de 35 x 50 pi et une profondeur de 15 pi avec une cascade de spa profonde. Une fantastique retraite d'été et toute l'année.

The loctaion is exceptional: ocean access across the street, afternoon in the pool hottub, and beautiful sunsets while grilling on hthe upper deck.

Family for the 4th

House has the most amazing pool and hot tub! We spent more time there than the beach! Used the grill to eat in a couple of nights at sunset on the deck. Was an amazing visit!

Lovely Time

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful home. Steve was a great host and very easy to get in contact with. My family and I enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tub and loved walking to the beach. We highly recommend this spacious home and we would definitely return.

Wonderful experience

We had 3 generations staying at the property to celebrate my 75th birthday. The house and amenities were excellent and, most importantly, exactly as described. We were steps away from the most beautiful beach. And even though the weather was less than ideal we all had a marvelous time. Steven, the host, could not have been more helpful or accommodating.

Great weekend at a great house

My family and I recently stayed at this property as a surprise getaway for my wifes birthday. We could not have asked for a better place. It has a tremendous pool, a beautifull hot tub, and is only a short walk accross the street to the ocean. On top of that, the house is very clean and the owner (Steven) was a pleasure to deal with. Steven made sure that everything was taken care of and made the weekend as relaxing as possable for us. The security deposit was also in the mail 2 days after we left the property. This is the perfect house to rent if you are loking for a beautifull beachhouse with a unbeatable location.

Excellent location. Beautiful house and beach. We all had a great time! One suggestion is to provide more instructions on the how to turn the hot tub on and off when staying over, you will be in contact with the owner if you want to use the hot tub. Overall great experience!

Nothing but amazing

We just returned from a week's vacation. This property with it's pool, hot tub and location is fantastic. Steven was the perfect host, always just a phone call away if you need anything or have questions. We were 6 adults with 3 children and had more than enough space. Wonderful to be able to fit all 9 comfortably around the dinner table. The house was clean and there was an abundance of towels and linens available. I can't say enough about Steven or this home. If you are thinking about a rental on Dune Rd., I can't imagine finding better.

Westhampton Beach

We were 6 adults and one 18 month old and we all had a blast. Can't beat the location-a short walk to the beach or the bay. Each couple had their own bathroom which is a big plus. The upstairs deck at sunset is a must as were the pool and relaxing jacuzzi. Steve was readily available to answer any questions.

A most wonderful home

I truly cannot say enough about this property, or its owner. The property is one block from the beach, so sand is an inherent part, however it is not in the house. The house was immaculately clean and this house is exactly what you want when your going to a beach house for a week. Steve is a delightful and very interesting person but more an importantly extremely responsive property owner/manager. It was the best experience going through VRBO that I ever had. The house comfortably fits 13 people (Ie...you do not have to open up sofa beds like in other places). The pool is very large and a perfect temperature. The hot tub is a wonderful 105 degrees. I would re-rent this house in a heartbeat and I highly recommend.

Beach Lover's Paradise

We had been renting homes in the Hamptons for teh past 5 years. They all advertised beach access and none provided a truly easy way to get to the beach. I love teh beach and I found paradise at this house. A simple walk across teh street and we were on the beach. If you are more of a pool person, the house has a better pool and hot tub than most 5 star hotels. Easy access to shopping, markets, and restaurants were also a plus. This will be my yearly rental in the Hamptons from now on. I highly recommend this house for families.

Nice location but house needs updating

We enjoyed the location and access to the private beach - however, the condition of the house was not what we expected and not as pictured online and could use some updating. House overall did not feel clean.

I enjoyed you're family and having a glass of fine wine with them . The day before you arrived we were hit hard by Hurricane Isaias - Wikipediaen.wikipedia.org › wiki › Hurricane_Isaias Being directly on the ocean and bay, sand was pounding the windows ,doors and decks. we always keep a clean home by having 4 cleaning ladies for each rental. I will be more than happy to extend a future discount .

a great week on the beach

the house is perfect for a family get away and the pool was perfect for our kids on the two days of poor weather. otherwise the beach was amazing. stephen was a terrific owner and was available 24/7 for any questions we had. we would absolutely rent this home again.

My girlfriends and I stayed for a long weekend for a bachelorette/momcation and it was just perfect! The house is beautiful! Perfect location to the beach and to the bay! Option of total relaxation or tons of fun! Steve was great as well! Answered any questions we had and made sure our stay was perfect!

Fun in the Sun!

Rented this home for a week with another family! Plenty of room for all! Lovely home, great pool and spa. Beach access but the water was too choppy to swim. Great restaurants nearby-also bbq’d at the house for 3 dinners. My only complaint was that some of the bedding was old and discolored as were some of the draperies. Steven was great and came over right away whenever we had a question or issue., which was seldom. All In all, this is a great house and we enjoyed a fabulous week in Westhampton Dunes!

Fun family weekend

House was very nice and as expected, owner was helpful. No music or noise outside allowed was a bit of a shock for us, since we’re a loud Italian bunch and play music outdoors almost daily all summer at our home. Great for a large quieter family or group of friends, right across from the beach and good sized hot tub and pool, plenty of bedrooms and spacious dining area and outdoor decks.

Wedding Weekend

This is an incredible beachfront property! Rented the property for our wedding weekend and loved staying in this house. Waking up to the views and taking runs on west Hampton beach are a great way to start the day! The house itself was beautiful, spacious, and clean. We enjoyed the jacuzzi/ tub everyday. Steven the owner was very nice to work with and answered questions before, after and inbetween to make our stay comfortable. I would highly recommend staying in this home if visiting west Hampton beach!!

Great summer rental, Weathsmpton Beach

This house was the perfect choice for our weekend romantic getaway. My boyfriend and I are both beach lovers so at Steven’s beachfrint house was perfect. The house is extremely comfortable and spacious. The ocean is in the backyard and the bay is across the street. We rented the first week in September and the daily views of the sunrise and sunset set the tone for our romantic anniversary week. The master bedroom also had a spectacular view of the ocean and the master bedroom had a Jacuzzi/tub big enough for both of us to enjoy together while listening to music piped in from the surround sound system accessable through the entire house. The outdoor shower is one of a kind with 8 double size shower heads that spray in all directions. Every amenities you could want is available.
