We have 3 lovely bedrooms. 1 queen bed, 1 full-size bed, another room with 2 Queen beds! In a gated lot with a little casita located in the back of the property. Each room comes with it's own split AC unit for optimal cooling.

We do not have a back patio or front patio for pets to roam. Parking is only available on the street. 2 parking passes/permits are provided and MUST be used. $200 fine will apply per permit if you take the pass or if its lost or not returned.

The backyard of the house leads to shared yard space. Please keep pets on a lease when taking them out on the lot or outside the property


GUEST ACCESS:
You’ll have access to the entire house, but bear in mind that there are other tenants in the property on the back house casita. Please be mindful not to disturb them in any way. Do not knock on their door or bother them.

You'll also have free access to our Wi-Fi (300 Mbps)


OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:
1. If the internet router or security cameras are unplugged during your stay, there shall be a fee of $1,000.

2. Strictly NO SMOKING of any kind within the property. There shall also be a fine of $300.

3. We love pets just as much as you do, please inform us of any pets entering the house. If there are damages or pet wear and tear there will be a fee of $150.

Please clean up after your dog. This includes picking up any waste on the premises. As our outdoor spaces are shared, please keep your dog leashed at all times to prevent them from wandering off the property.

If there are any excessive damages or dog feces noticed around the house, a $300 fine per pet will apply separately.

4. A minimal fee of $30 fee per hour applies to early check-ins and late check-outs.

5. Please be considerate and polite to the other tenants
on the property and keep noise levels down after midnight. The curfew is 12 midnight (Do not wander around the property late at night)

6. Extra guests: Only the number of guests listed on your reservation are allowed on the property. Extra guests will incur a $60 per person per night fee.

7. No Parties or Events: Our place is not suitable for parties or large gatherings. Any violation will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate removal.

8. Any broken, missing, or damaged furniture will incur a minimum fee of $500. The final amount will depend on the severity of the damage.

Please remember you're staying in a person's house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect, just as the previous guests have. If any problems arise, I will do my best to take action ASAP, but please note nobody is living on-site 24/7.

For nonemergency issues, I do not send maintenance to the property during your stay, only after you depart.

-There is a Ring camera at the front door in place for your protection. If you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave immediately.
-There is a monthly cleaning option available where a cleaner will come in and clean the common living areas. (applies to 30+ day stays only)
-We provide a start of supplies like toilet paper & paper towels. You may need to buy more if you're booking an extended stay
-No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/other things that are beyond our control
-Pets are allowed but will incur an additional pet fee
