Become a local in Hermosa only one mile from the beach and the Hermosa Pier.
Come hang out in my friendly home and enjoy the beautiful views and charming outdoor spaces. The rooms upstairs are rented one at a time. Reach out to me and I'll arrange just the right set up for you. If all you want is one room we can do that. If you want 2 bedrooms and the den, that works too. The pricing can be adjusted. This opportunity to stay 1 mile from the beach features a upscale look in the 2 upstairs bedrooms and TV Room living space (with a sofa bed). The Master bedroom (is booked through September) but the guest room is available and has a spectacular view of the mountains with a hall bathroom. I can be arrange one more room if you need it. The outdoor deck is perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.
The downstairs is shared space with a kitchen, dining area and a living room which opens to the front garden patio (great for a party). We have AC, WiFi, and a washer and dryer. The cat loves people and my son and I do too. The easy going guest will have everything they need for a comfortable stay. Stick to yourself or spend time interacting with us. Please come stay in our beach community in our friendly home.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
The neighborhood we live in was chosen by my late husband. He was in love with Hermosa Beach. So that's where we landed.
Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?
I like the house because I can see the city. I enjoy looking at the city view and the mountains. And then the bonus view of a little bit of the ocean reminds me that I'm right near my favorite place. Being by the ocean is very calming.
