started off with not getting check in information until 245PM, supposed to be checking in at 3âŠthe transverse company was not helpful at allâŠI had to call the host to even get the check in information for the house and then was told it may not be ready until 330. We traveled in from out of state and waited across the street until we were told it was ready at 315. The house looked clean when we first got there. Upon further review there were MANY things that were broken. Including beds, the counter top by the main kitchen sink so you were pinched by it every time trying to do dishes, glass/plexi glass missing from many of the lower cupboards. We had to go out and buy aunt traps as there were ants all over the counter and getting into everything. We asked for laundry to be open while host was still there and it was not left open for us. He was supposed to come back to open it but did not until asking on our last day if we still needed it, which at that point no we were leaving now.there is only 1 king bed not 2 as listed. The blinds were held together with electrical tape and kept falling down. The outdoor space/balcony was disgusting and cover in bird poop and junk everywhere. To say the least the pictures that are shown and most definitely not what is there, maybe when it was first purchased but definitely not now. The last day when we packing up we found bed bugs in our room. Tried contacting host with no reply.unprofessional would never stay on any of their properties!
