Upon investigation, it was discovered that the suspicious activity was related to your own behavior, specifically attempting to smoke inside the apartment, which is a violation of our house rules. We apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment caused by the discrepancies between our advertisement and the actual property it was an error and we have fixed it. We understand that finding the apartment not as described can be frustrating, especially regarding the number of bathrooms and the type of property...we have 1 and half bathrooms. Regarding the issue of someone entering the apartment while you were out, we take safety and security very seriously. We want to assure you that we have cameras outside the building to monitor activity. In this case, it was our cleaning team who visited your apartment to restock supplies, as they sometimes do to ensure our guests have everything they need. They used their master key, and it's possible they forgoten to leave a note. We use advanced WiFi-enabled electronic locks that allow us to track access in real-time, so we can investigate further if needed. We appreciate your feedback and would like to make things right.
