Modern & clean studio in charming Oriental. A stunning view of the marina from the wrap around porch with comfy rocking chairs & visits from the resident kitty. Use your own pods in the single serve coffee maker, or walk next door to "The Bean" for great coffee, pastry or ice cream. Nice restaurant across the street as well. We hope to visit again soon!

Located in the middle of many Oriental hotspots. Easy to walk to them. Bed was very comfortable. Insulation was poor in that I easily hear everything that was said next door.

Great stay for two people. The location is located next to a wonderful coffee shop and walkable to restaurants and a beautiful park. You can hear through the walls during the day, however, it didn’t bother us. The bathroom light was very dim, but I never reached out to the host about it so that was on me and I’m sure easily fixable. The bed was also very comfortable. Also, a wonderful porch to sit on and enjoy the evening if you wanted to. Overall, can’t beat the location and beautiful views for the price! Would recommend for a quick couple getaway or staying for a wedding weekend etc.! :)

One room one bath attached to larger property. Located right across the street from the harbor front (water). Location is perfect for anything downtown Oriental. Couldn't find TV remote but WIFI worked great.

The location of this unit is wonderful. The bed was very comfy and the shower was great. Kurig, microwave and mini fridge were also great, however, there was no silverware and no soap in the bathroom. The bathroom light flickered continuously and the bathroom power went out, twice. The first time the building owner who runs the attached barbershop was able to reset the breaker. The second time was Saturday evening. I had messaged the manager who said someone would take care of it, but they never did. We enjoyed sitting on the porch overlooking the harbor

I’m sorry we did not meet your expectations. We do not provide silverware as we also do not have a kitchen. We have a microwave for you to warm your food from local restaurants. Thank you for the kind words of our unit. We love the view!

We found the room to be humid/hot and overall miserable. The towels in the bathroom smelled like a combination of smoke and mildew, and the people around us were very loud from 11pm-7am. Would not recommend nor would we stay here again

no room in the bathroom for toiletries, the toilet seat was quite precarious, and the mold smell was bad...had to launder all of our things when we returned home...the bed was very comfortable, if not for the bed and the great tiki bar across the street we would have left early.....also the TV was impossible...no volume control!

The bathroom is definitely small but plenty of room for most people. No smell has been reported. It’s an old house type property with old wood floors. That’s probably what you smelled. It’s definitely not for everyone but so far most everyone loves it! Maybe next time you could try one of our other places.

You wouldn't go there for a romantic weekend, there is a barber shop connected and the walls are paper thin during business hours but it is a nice room and if you want to sit outside and look at the water it's the perfect spot. There is a coffee shop across the parking lot called the bean and it has really good coffee. It is in the heart of town, just walk to a restaurant or one of the parks and sit by the water. We just stayed a weekend but would definitely recommend it to those who are going to enjoy a quick stay.
