The Neighborhood:
located in the Bunny Park subdivision, a quiet, residential area lined with mature oak trees and smaller trees, giving it a peaceful, cozy feel. The streets are quiet and well-lit, ideal for walking. It’s close to Nicholson Avenue, which makes getting around Waveland convenient. This neighborhood is made up of a good mix of long-time residents and newcomers, all drawn by the coastal town atmosphere. Buccaneer State Park is nearby, offering a large water park, a disc golf course, hiking trails, campsites, picnic areas, and more outdoor activities. Old Town Bay St. Louis is just a short drive away and is filled with boutique shops, local restaurants, and cultural spots. Schools in the area have a range of ratings from 5/10 to 9/10, providing options for families with children.

Getting Around:
Getting around is pretty easy and convenient. The house is just a short drive from Nicholson Avenue, which is one of the main roads that connects to Highway 90 — the major route running east-west along the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Highway 90 makes it simple to reach nearby cities like Bay St. Louis, Gulfport, and Biloxi.

If you're heading to the beach, it's only a few minutes by car. Old Town Bay St. Louis, known for its shops, restaurants, and art galleries, is about a 7- to 10-minute drive away. Grocery stores, pharmacies, and local dining spots are within a 5- to 10-minute radius as well. For longer trips, the nearest larger airport is Gulfport-Biloxi International Airport, roughly 35-40 minutes away by car.

Because the area is more residential and spread out, having a car is pretty much necessary for daily errands, dining, shopping, or heading to the beach. Walking is great within the quiet neighborhood streets, but for anything beyond a few blocks, most people rely on driving.

We aim to strike a balance between respecting your privacy and ensuring you have a pleasant and hassle-free stay. Our goal is to make your experience enjoyable and memorable. Guest are encouraged to reach out with questions or if they have any issues/concerns as soon as possible so we may address any issues/concerns right away and the guest can get back to enjoying their stay. We will never show up at the property unannounced and will likely never show up at the property unless the guest has communicated an issue.
