This bright and spacious 80 sqm apartment is located right in the heart of Ravenna. In less than 5 minutes on foot, you can reach all the main tourist attractions, and the train station is just a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute taxi ride away.

Situated on the third floor of a building with an elevator, the apartment is very quiet as it doesn’t share any walls with other units. It offers a beautiful view over the rooftops of the city and the dome of Ravenna’s cathedral.

It features a reinforced front door, marble terrazzo flooring, high ceilings, and parquet floors in the bedrooms. There’s independent heating and air conditioning (via split units) in the living room and both bedrooms.

The entrance leads into a hallway that connects all rooms. The living area includes a comfortable French-style sofa bed (140 cm), a TV corner, a dining table that extends to seat up to 6 people, and air conditioning.

The beach is less than 15 minutes away by car, so is Mirabilandia amusement park and during the summer you can also get to the beach using the free shuttle bus service called “Navetto Mare.”
