Inside, youâll find 4 large bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen perfect for home-cooked meals, and comfortable living and gathering spaces with beautiful views of the lake and the surrounding pines. Plenty of parking space if you are bringing a trailer â boat or snowmobile. Outside you can gather around the outdoor fire pit, perfect for evening sâmores, stories, or simply soaking in the peace of the pines.

Situated just across the street from walk-in lake access, youâre free to bring your canoe, kayak, or paddle board and spend your days exploring the peaceful waters of Lower Kaubashine Lake. Local charm abounds with a handful of quaint Northwoods bar & grills, ice cream stands, and a welcoming coffee shop nearby for your morning fix. Less than a mile away, the scenic Bearskin Trail offers miles of recreational fun spanning from Tomahawk to Minocquaâbike or walk the trail in summer or hit it on a snowmobile come winter. Just around the corner (3.5 miles) is Timber Ridge Golf Club catering to all skill levels if you are looking for a day on the course.
