Conveniently located 3 miles off the freeway, just a block from Dockside Restaurant and boat launches, and 30 minutes from Lambeau Field!

Oconto is a family friendly small town "Up North" almost completely surrounded by water. We have the Oconto River flowing through the town into Lake Michigan.

Just off the main living area, the beautiful four-season room is one of the home’s standout features. Surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows, it offers breathtaking panoramic views of the river and Lake Michigan, creating the perfect space to enjoy your morning coffee, read a book, or unwind while taking in the scenery.

Kitchen & Dining
The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook and entertain during your stay. Featuring modern appliances including a full-size refrigerator, oven and stove, microwave, and dishwasher, the space is designed to make preparing meals easy and enjoyable. You’ll also find cookware, bakeware, utensils, plates, glassware, a coffee maker, blender, toaster, and other kitchen essentials already provided.

With multiple dining spaces throughout the home, there’s plenty of room for everyone to gather comfortably. The large dining table seats up to 10 guests, while the kitchen bar provides seating for 5 and the cozy breakfast nook seats an additional 4 — perfect for morning coffee, family meals, or late-night card games.

* Indoor fireplace is not available for guest use.
* A signed rental agreement and government-issued identification are required prior to finalizing your reservation to comply with local licensing regulations.
* Must be 25 or older to book
* Please review sleeping arrangements to ensure they meet your group’s comfort needs.
* To help maintain a safe, quiet environment and prevent unauthorized gatherings, visitors are not permitted at the property; all individuals on-site must be included in the reservation guest count. If you have a unique circumstance, please contact us in advance to request a possible exception.
* Credit card processing fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund issued, as these fees are charged by the payment processor and are not returned to us.

The best way to get around Oconto is by car or walking. It's about 2 miles to the grocery store and about 2 miles to the downtown area with bars / restaurants, boutique clothing store, candy store and an awesome coffee shop/home decor store called The Shop On Main.

Please note that the floating dock (second dock) is only put in seasonally. Typically this is from September however depending on the water level this timeframe can be affected. The other dock stays in the water year round.

The indoor fireplace is not available for guest use. Please do not operate the fireplace, as a $250 fine will be charged if it is used.

At this time, we are not accepting reservations from local guests. Please reach out for approval if requesting to book as a local guest with the reason for your visit.

To help maintain a safe, quiet environment and prevent unauthorized gatherings, visitors are not permitted at the property; all individuals on-site must be included in the reservation guest count. If you have a unique circumstance, please contact us in advance to request a possible exception.

We do not allow pets on our property and appreciate your understanding. This policy also applies to emotional support animals. In accordance with federal law, service animals must stay with their owner at all times and cannot be left alone.

Please note, we require a signed contract and identification on file before the booking is finalized to meet local licensing requirements. Must be 25 or older to book.

We have security cameras at the entrance of the property as well as on the garage. The cameras are triggered by motion detection and record video and sound.
