Cleanliness
Please leave the room in a tidy condition upon check-out. Dispose of trash in the designated bins.

Security
For your safety, please lock all doors and windows when leaving the room or the hotel premises. Do not share your room key or access code with anyone who is not a registered guest.

No Smoking or Vaping
Smoking, vaping, or the use of any tobacco or cannabis products inside the hotel is prohibited. Please use the designated smoking area under the mango tree in the parking lot. Violation of this rule will result in a $500 cleaning fee and immediate termination of your reservation.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 9 am. Please be considerate of noise levels, particularly in common areas and outdoor spaces.

Noise
Excessive noise, such as loud music, shouting, or slamming doors, is not permitted. Please respect other guests' peace and the surrounding community.

Parking
Paid parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please inquire with us for availability.

Damage Reporting
Please report any damage or issues with your room or common areas immediately so we can address them promptly.

Energy Conservation
As part of our commitment to sustainability, please turn off lights and appliances when leaving the room for extended periods. Set the air conditioning to 75°F to conserve energy. Together, we can help preserve Puerto Rico's natural beauty.
