PRIMARY BEDROOM: Size matters with a king bed and side tables. Huge walk-in closet to hang all your clothes. A private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and double sinks!

BEDROOMS UPSTAIRS: The other two bedrooms offer comfortable queen-sized beds with side tables. Both bedrooms have a nice closet for clothing storage.

MAIN BATHROOM: Located upstairs with a bath/shower combined and supplied with essential toiletries like soap, toilet paper, hair dryer, and more.

HALF BATHROOM: main floor half bath is perfect for entertaining guests that you don’t want up on the bedroom level of your home away from home.

WASHER/DRYER: Washer and dryer are conveniently located on the bedroom level of the home and are free to use during your stay. Laundry soap and dryer sheets provided.

KITCHEN/DINING: Complementary Wi-Fi, tea, and coffee. Guest Access:
You have full access of the home during your stay. There is keyless entry to the home; a code will be provided to you 1-hour before your check in. The property is a townhouse or 4-plex which means you share walls with your neighbors but your home is private. Basement is unfinished.

Other Things to Note:
PARTIES/SOCIAL EVENTS: In accordance with Airbnb's policy, we impose a strict ban on all kinds of mass gatherings, parties, and this location is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the house or within 15 feet of any exterior door. Violators caught will be fined as much as $500.

CHECK-IN TIME: 3:00 p.m.

SMART LOCK: (The code will be sent 1-hour prior to your arrival)

CHECK-OUT TIME: 11:00 a.m. (Late check-out requests must be submitted 24-hours before check-out time and may be subject to additional fees)
