I chose Lookout Mountain for its unique blend of natural beauty, rich history, and tight-knit community. Perched over 2,000 feet above Chattanooga, this neighborhood offers breathtaking views of the Tennessee River and the surrounding valley. It's a place where you can enjoy the serenity of mountain living while being just minutes away from the vibrant city life below.

The area is home to iconic attractions like Rock City, Ruby Falls, and the historic Incline Railway, which provides a scenic ride up the mountain. For outdoor enthusiasts, there are numerous hiking trails, including the Guild-Hardy and Glen Falls Trails, as well as opportunities for hang gliding and paragliding at Lookout Mountain Flight Park. The community also boasts excellent schools, such as Lookout Mountain and Fairyland Elementary, and is served by local businesses that add to its charm .


What I appreciate most about Lookout Mountain is its sense of community.
