Great rental close to Tarryall Reservoir. Absolutely stunning view from the deck! We thoroughly enjoyed the soaking in the hot tub. It was very quiet and peaceful perfect for a quick weekend away from the city.

This property was amazing! The views are spectacular and the neighborhood is quiet. Perfect for bird watching and for getting away from the noise of the city during holidays. It was everything we were hoping for.

The property is immaculate and the view simply cannot be beaten. My wife and I had an absolutely wonderful time. The only issue we had was that the chlorine content in the hot tub was perhaps a smidegen too high, causing some minor irritation to our skin. Not something that can't be changed and I'm positive could be readily adjusted.

The home itself was amazing and had great views, which we really appreciated. However, given the amount we paid to stay at this home, we were disappointed to find that it appeared it had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. We found popcorn in the couch, dog hair that stuck to our clothes, dog food under the dining room table, dirty rags under the bathroom sink, and crumbs in the cupboards. Additionally, the hot tub was not ready for use, so we were unable to enjoy that amenity during our stay. Each morning the house temperature was set to 60 degrees. Aimee did turn the heat up for us during the day, but we’re not sure why it was lowered again overnight. Overall, the property has a lot of potential, but the cleanliness and temperature issues impacted our experience.

We truly wish you had reached out at the time, as we are always available and would have been more than happy to address any issues immediately, whether related to cleanliness, comfort, or anything else. Our goal is always to make things right while our guests are with us. Guests have full control over the thermostat, and we also encourage guests to contact us at any point if something isn’t meeting expectations—we see communication as a partnership and want everyone to feel fully comfortable and supported during their stay. That said, we are taking your feedback seriously. We have already followed up with our cleaning team to address the concerns raised and to ensure the property is being cleaned thoroughly and consistently moving forward. We are also reviewing our overall processes to see where we can continue to improve. We stayed here for 4 days and had a lovely time. Beds were comfortable, house was clean, kitchen was well stocked. Only issue we had is that the arcade game was not working, so the disappointment our child experienced was a bummer. That arcade game was one of the reasons we chose the location in hopes that would keep her occupied, we wish we would have been told of this before hand so we could have prepared for the disappointment in her expectation. One tip to all that stay in this beautiful home: Make sure you have enough gas in your car since there is a bit of a drive to the closest store/gas.Thank you for welcoming our fur-baby to stay in your home, she LOVED the deck!

So sorry about the arcade! It’s a simple reset by the light switch. Usually guests accidentally turn it off because they think it’s a light switch. Glad your overall stay was great!

We love our home and manage it ourselves. We believe its perfect for friends and family to spend some time together in privacy and plenty of space.
