The spacious interior of Summit Haven boasts an extra-large living room with hand painted mural and enough space to entertain all guests. Enjoy the comfy cushioned reading nook and the fun hanging chair that surround the fireplace. The gorgeous dining room table seats 12 people for meals and games. Wake up for coffee at the breakfast bar in the fully equipped kitchen which leads to the secluded entry to all 4 bedrooms. The massive master bedroom has another beautiful fireplace, king bed, and ensuite master bathroom with newly remodeled shower. The master bedroom also includes a desk and chair if there is any computer work to be done while vacationing. There are 3 additional bedrooms at Summit Haven. The second bedroom features a queen size bed, closet, & dresser. The third bedroom features 2 bunk beds with a twin bed on top and full-size beds on bottom with space to sleep 6 guests in this room. There is also a Smart TV, comfy chair, and closet. The fourth bedroom features another king size bed, Smart TV, and closet. The guest bathroom includes 2 sinks and bathtub/shower.

Immerse yourself fully in the beautiful Big Bear nature as you enjoy the gigantic backyard with huge deck and private fence surrounding permitter of the yard. Enjoy the gas firepit, BBQ, hot tub/jacuzzi, sauna, and lots of outdoor seating. The spacious yard is great for kids and furry friends to play in.

And you do not want to miss the heated game room which includes pool table, shuffleboard, air hockey table, Smart TV, poker table, seated bar & stools, 4 arcade games, dart board, and an ample amount of board games. It is the perfect place to entertain and unwind after a great day on the ski slopes or pedaling on the mountain bike trails. The game room also includes mountain bike racks for properly storing your bikes and the entryway includes ski racks for safely storing your snow skis and snowboards.

Summit Haven is walking distance to Snow Summit so there is no need to find resort parking when hitting the slopes. If you do not feel like walking, then take advantage of the Free Big Bear Trolley. Mountain Transit's Free Big Bear Trolley service offers convenient and reliable transportation for both locals and visitors to help eliminate traffic congestion and car pollution in the Valley. Three new routes have been specially designed to make accessing restaurants, grocery stores, retail shops, ski resorts, snow play areas, parks and work easy and efficient.

*Parking Instructions (up to 4 cars total)- Please park in the driveway- no street parking permitted in Big Bear.

If there is trash in the property, there will be an additional charge of $25 per bag.

Any guest that violates county or city rules as outlined in our 'things to know' and 'house rules' sections will be subject to paying a $350 call code attendance fee by our 24:7 call compliance staff in addition to any fines levied by the city, whether it results in a violation or not.

Other things to note
Big Bear has some very important rules for all short term rentals. You must follow these rules or your stay will be canceled without refund and or a $350.00 fine will be charged for each occurrence:

1.) Do not exceed the stated occupancy limit: the max occupancy is (11) adults

2.) No parking on the street or yard and a maximum of (4) cars

3.) No amplified music 24/7

4.) Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00pm-7:00am.

5. If you do not disclose that you are bringing a pet, you will be charge a $250 fee

*No Parties! If you have more than the number of guests in your booking your stay will be cancelled immediately. The city takes this very seriously.

Please note: Big Bear is in the mountains. We do not frequently have issues, but sometimes there are power and/or wifi outages that affect the whole mountain. We do our absolute best to accommodate our wonderful guests but anything can happen. We appreciate your understanding.
