Pros: -Location: Easy access to pool & beach-Balcony: Good patio furniture Cons:-Condo is outdated: Fridge has broken compartments, noisy washer/drier, the mattress needs to be replaced, not enough blankets. -Leak in the laundry room: there was a pool of water on the floor as we checked in. Called maintenance for repair. Issue was fixed but there was a mess left and the cleaning personnel did not come in until later that day after I called them. -Cleaness: Only saw the cleaning lady once and she only came to drop off toilet paper, paper towels, and 1 trash bag. She took the trash out. There was no cleaning other than what I mentioned. -Safety: I found a pill on the floor of the master bathroom. I am glad it was me who found it and I immediately discarded it. I traveled with 2 little ones and this is just unacceptable and unsafe. -Check in: I had to travel to a different location for check in. This property is affiliated with “casago” NOT las palomas. We didnt have room service and were unable to use towels offered by the pool. The owner does have 6 beach towels we were able to use and wash every night. Overall, I am not a “review” type of person but in this case I felt obligated to share my family’s experience and hopefully my feedback is used to make improvements. I would not stay again in this property.
