Other Things to Note:
Please note that oversized vehicles are not permitted in the parking garage. Large vehicles will be denied entry at check-in according to the Building Parking Policy.

Below are some examples that will be turned away at the time of check in:

1. Breathalyzer cars, Jerry-rigged or unsound controls, faulty brakes.
2. Large Vehicles - Includes sprinter vans, long economy vans, 10 passengers or more, anything lifted beyond height maximum 6'8
3. Dually Trucks or service trucks - very wide wheel wheels or lockers and containers. (too dangerous to maneuver in the garage.)
4. Anything lifted after-market or with larger custom rims and tires.
5. Motorcycles or tricycles other than car-type controls.

Pets are permitted based on their size, but please notify us in advance to prevent any cancellations. An extra cleaning fee applies per pet:
- 1-4 Nights: $25 per night
- 5-29 Nights: $200
- 30+ Nights: $300

- The company is not liable for any building maintenance or repairs.

Guest verification before arrival is required.

To meet legal and security standards, you may need to provide:
- A government-issued photo ID
- Confirmation of your contact information
- Completion of our verification portal
- Occasionally, a criminal background check might be necessary.

- All guests must sign a rental agreement and agree to:

- Please note: Hallways are monitored by surveillance cameras for security, and the unit is equipped with a Minut device to monitor noise levels.
