Better than expected.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was beautiful and pristinely clean! The location is phenomenal, only a 10 minute walk to the beach yet this condo is tucked away for ultimate privacy. The property grounds are stunning and very clean as well, really enjoyed the lazy river pool! I will definitely book again as communication with management was flawless as well.

Everything was great! The biggest upset of the stay was, we did not get explained details or information about the resort amenities. There was quite a few things left out of the rental details that we did not know of until we checked in.

Fabulous new condo

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was beautiful so nicely appointed. The lazy river was so relaxing and we loved being able to walk right out. Would have been nice to know what type of coffee maker was there so we could plan ahead and we wouldn't have needed to haul our beach chairs because there were 2 nice ones in closet. Definitely NOT close to beach and no sidewalks getting down there. Area is still being developed and there will be plenty of noise.

Thank you for sharing your comments. The construction is complete and the landscaping is being install now. The new sidewalks will be installed in the near future. The entire Seascape Drive was repositioned as apart of The Grove project.

Mother’s Day trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My mom and I wanted to go away for a weekend getaway for Mothers Day. We needed a ground floor unit that was pet friendly and close to the pool. This unit met all of our needs. The layout is perfect and unit was well equipped with all the things we needed. There is plenty of room to walk our dogs and pathways are well lit at night. There was construction going on nearby, but it did not bother us. We rented a golf cart to get back and forth to the beach as the beach is a good distance to walk to. The only thing missing is a hot tub. Hopefully that will be added in the future. We will definitely be back!
