Thoughtfully designed with full modern amenities, the cabin features two bathrooms, a full shower and tub, washer and dryer, and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen perfect for preparing home-cooked meals. Stay cozy with standard oil furnace heating, or enjoy the warmth and ambiance of our clean-burning, high-efficiency wood stove.
Located in a peaceful residential area, you're a short 12-minute drive to the University of Alaska Fairbanks, 15 minutes from Fairbanks International Airport, and only 20 minutes to downtown Fairbanks. Itâs the perfect home base for exploring everything the Interior has to offer!

Our property is private and quiet, surrounded by trees and vegetation, but close to town for food and entertainment. We also love how close the trails are to our front door for year round outdoor recreation.
