Welcome to Serenity 222! Your home away from home while you visit the Cape! Quintessential Cape Cod ranch located in beautiful Dennisport with an additional bonus room in the basement featuring a pool table and lounge area for those "rare" rainy days.
Step into coastal paradise with new furnishings and light and bright décor. Boasting two living areas, the attention to detail can be felt in every room. Upon entering the home, you'll be greeted by tasteful décor with new furnishings in a light and bright coastal theme. You'll love the kitchen, fully stocked and overlooking the bar top chairs and dining area. Settle into comfy seating with a streaming TV, portable A/C and half bathroom for your convenience. Just down the hall, you'll find the two charming bedrooms, each with window air conditioning and a full size bathroom with tub/shower combination in the hallway.
This house is perfect for outdoor fun! Enjoy dining, grilling or relaxing by the propane fire pit. Don't forget the beach cart with boogie boards and toys for your beach trip!
This home is located in a quiet neighborhood setting walkable (.6 mile) to Inman Rd Beach, surrounding Nantucket Sound beaches and within seconds to Main Street shops, restaurants, a new public library and playground. The famous Red Nun Bar and Grill, the Den and the Oyster Company are all within walking distance making "Serenity 222" the perfect spot for your Cape Cod getaway!
