We had a. Amazing time at this property! It offered so much for the kids like paddle board, kayaks, pool, hot tub, and pool table! With it being just a short walk to the beach this property is perfect.

this home was perfect for our big family vacation. the pool was gorgeous and outside grill/ bar area was an added bonus. easy walk to the beach that felt like our own private beach area! We had the best time. The house provided so much to do. We loved the pool/hot tub. We enjoyed paddling the channel, volleyball, and bags. Our short walk to the beach multiple times a day was easy! Great stay!

This home is beautiful and very spacious. Perfect for multi family vacations. The amenities make for such a relaxing stay! The outdoor set up is perfect. It is a very short walk to the beach and they have everything you need for beach days. Our concierge management team was fantastic and so helpful! We did end up having to reach out to Chris about the hot tub not working properly. He quickly handled and was able to get it fixed same day. This is our second stay at a Premier Vacation Group home and we have nothing but positive to give. Will definitely be rebooking for future vacations!

The home was perfect for our family. Very clean and we loved the big fans! One of the fans wasn’t working in one of the rooms and they promptly had it fixed the same day. It was a short walk to the beach and nice they provided beach chairs and a buggy as well as an ice machine that came in handy! Very impressed!

We loved staying at this home, July 18-25, 2026. We didn’t want to leave! 1st, Chris, the property manager was great! He always replied to my questions pretty much immediately and was very willing to help with anything we needed. We normally rent a 4 BR condo directly on the beach. This year friends joined us and we decided to do a house instead of 2 condos. We weren’t sure about not being on the beach but it turned out to be best decision we could have made. There was plenty of room for all our family and friends and didn’t feel on top of each other. It was a quick, easy walk to the beach. The home had a beach wagon, plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, everything you’d need for a beach day! Unfortunately, Tropical storm Bertha made it hard to enjoy any beach days while we were there. Thankfully, the private pool with swim up bar and big screen TV was amazing! We spent pretty much all our time there and using the kayak’s in the canal. Lots of tubes and rafts to use in pool, life vests for kids and adults, pickleball and tennis rackets/balls to use on recently updated courts and cornhole. Large ice maker in garage was awesome. Kitchen was large and had plenty of utensils, plates, pots, pans, glasses, Shark blender that worked great for making frozen drinks! House was clean, A/C worked great, had everything we need and more. We definitely hope to be back again! I highly recommend this home!

Had a wonderful time thanks for all the toys and beach stuff in the garage. Spent a week with 20 of my closest family from 2 to 72 and had a Great Time. Enough room and different floors to keep us separated just Enough yet close enough for family fun. If you take the kayak out in the canal be careful or a very muddy and sharp. Just beware. Loved more ice than we could use. Had a wonderful time on the beach just a short walk. Thanks for a great time.

This was fabulous. We were celebrating our 50th anniversary. Our family had a blast. So fun. There was 17 of us. The grandkids loved fishing off the dock and kayaking. We had a volleyball tournament. Grilled out. The beach is close bye. About a 4-5 minute walk. The host was wonderful.

Highly recommend this amazing property. Three families with young adult children came together for an idyllic week of togetherness. Each section of the property was used as intended: volleyball, bags, kayaks, etc. The parents enjoyed the swim-up bar, the hot tub, and all the lounging areas provided. A casual stroll brought us to a very private beach. We rented bikes and were in the restaurants and hot spots within minutes. The host was extremely responsive to our very minor issues. Thank you!!!

Great property, for large families great location and private beach. House was clean ceiling fans in each room, I would only recommend adding a TV to the bunk room by master and adding more outlets to the bunk room across from master, it was a great house, fun for game night watching movies by the pool

Premier Vacation Group focuses only on luxury homes in Perdido Key. Perdido (Lost) Key is a barrier island on the northwestern tip of Florida. The Key is mostly made up of a state park, so it's not overpopulated. You won't find any hotels or an overbuilt beach community in Perdido Key. It's a quieter island that is a close drive to anything you could want to do in the neighboring communities of Pensacola, Orange Beach, Gulf Shores, or Foley. Once you stay in Perdido Key, you'll want to make it your permanent beach destination.

Like our other vacation properties, Premier Vacation Group has teamed up with the owners of Serenity Cove to create an amenity-rich environment in this house for spending quality time with the ones you care about the most. A few of the amenities outside include a heated private pool, guest boat parking, bean bag/cornhole boards, adult kayaks, kid kayaks, SUP stand up paddleboard, and beach gear for guest use. On the inside, you will find comfortable beds, high-end appliances and furnishings, and lovely coastal decor for a luxury guest experience.
