This home comfortably accommodates large groups with five bedrooms. The primary bedroom on the upper level features an en-suite bathroom for added privacy. Each bedroom has ample closet space and AC. A full bath is also available on the lower level.

PLEASE NOTE that HOA membership fees, required for community amenity access, are not included in your booking and must be paid separately.

IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION:

HOA Membership fees are not included in your booking, allow for community amenity access, and are required. These fees are in addition to your reservation fees and must be paid at least four days before check-in to secure your reservation. Late submissions or changes to registration details are not permitted and may result in cancellation.

Fees:

1. Temporary Membership (age 6 and over):
► In-season (May 24, 2024, through September 2, 2024): $8.50 per night/person or $42.50 per week/person
► Off-season: $2.00 per night/person

2. Gate Card Fee: $20 per vehicle

3. Transaction Fee per Rental: $20

To ensure a clear understanding of the amenities available during your stay, please note that the community pools are open from Memorial Day (May 24th) through Labor Day (September 2nd). These dates define the "in-season" when pool access is guaranteed. Outside of these dates, during the "off-season," the pools and certain other amenities will not be available.

Additionally, please be aware that the host is not responsible for the unexpected unavailability of any amenities. The availability of all amenities is managed and dictated by the Home Owners Association (HOA) and may be subject to change without prior notice. The goal is to provide the most accurate and up-to-date information to enhance each stay and to appreciate guests' understanding of these conditions.

Please refrain from smoking inside the home! If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay $200.00 / per day.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS/FIREWORKS ★
Please treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

Quiet hours for the property are between 10 PM and 8:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down over this time.

RULES AND REGULATIONS:

Wristbands grant you access to community amenities.

You may enter the community on the day of arrival at any time to use the amenities, but the house will not be available until 4pm. Wristbands must be worn while using any community amenities.

Please note that this house is equipped with 24-hour recording cameras focused on the exterior of the property for security purposes.

Renters are prohibited from using permanent member identification. Please ensure you purchase your temporary membership during registration which you will receive upon arrival at the Welcome Center to experience all that Arrowhead has to offer!


***** Pet Rules:
- No dogs under 1-year-old.
- No dogs over 30lbs.
- No more than 2 dogs are allowed.
- Pet fees are, $60.00/dog for 2-4 nights and $120./dog for 5+ nights.
- PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON FURNITURE OR BEDS.
- If pet hair is found on beds or furniture, an excessive cleaning fee will be applied.
- Guest’s dog must have required shots, licenses, and tags, including name tags.
-No pets on the community beach.
- Guest must provide dog bedding/crate and towels to wipe off wet paws and fur.
- Do NOT leave your dog in the home unattended.
- If guests’ dog sheds, please brush the dog outside daily.
- Guests must pick up after their dog/s and discard waste properly.
- Dogs are NOT allowed to be washed in the bathtub or showers.
- Guests are responsible for cleaning up any “accidents” their dog has caused inside. Please notify us of any accidents or damage.
- Guest's dog must be on a leash when outside.
- Guests are required to pay for any damage their dog causes.
- Excessively barking dogs are not allowed. Fees will be applied in the event that neighbors or security complain about dogs barking.

✷ Check-out is promptly at 10am.

✷ There will be a late check-out charge incurred of $50 for each hour past the 10am check-out time.

✷ Take all trash to the trash depot. Charges will be incurred if trash is left in the home.

✷ We require guests to be 21 years of age to rent and stay in the cabin. We reserve the right to see a government-issued ID.

✷ No worries about bed sheets/linens as they are provided! Beds are also comfortably furnished with mattress protectors, pillows with protectors, comforters, extra blankets, and quilts.

✷ 1 towel per guest is provided as well as 2 kitchen towels and 2 hand towels (1 per bathroom).
