Your beach home, located on the lower level, a large 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom with an open kitchen/living concept.
Our beach house is centrally located; approx. 3 to 4 homes from the Boardwalk/Ocean. . We offer 2-free street parking passes (additional parking spaces may be available $$) plus up to 6-Beach badges (a minimum total savings of $500).

BEACH: We are located beach block, just 3 to 4 homes from the boardwalk, rides, beach and Water Park. All your beach activities are now within easy reach. Park your car and start your vacation.
Enjoy free movies on Seaside white sandy beach every Sunday night, Free Concerts on Thursday night and let's not forget those great Wednesday night Beach Fireworks.
ACTIVITIES: Centrally located, we are located minutes (if not seconds) from Seaside's best dining, nightlife and activities. Restaurants such as Hemingway's Cafe, Klee's famous Irish Bar and Grill along with the new Mila's of Seaside rstr await your arrival.
At night, there are choices galore for the partier. Revelry at the many nightclubs on the Boardwalk (with no cover charge) or catch a few rounds of billiards at the aristocratic Hemingway's (again just minutes if not seconds away).
And of course, during the day your choice of just relaxing on Seaside's white sands or if you like you can always do the traditional seashore activities like, Fishing, Crabbing, Jet-skiing or Boating (all within a 10-minute drive).
ITEMS TO NOTE: 1) No parties or gatherings. Occupancy limits must be followed. Exceeding the agreed upon occupancy or receiving complaints from neighbors may result in removal without a refund.
2) There are no off-street parking or reserved spaces. With the rental you will receive 2-parking passes that provide free street parking. Guest must find their own free street parking.
3) Unreturned parking passes will be charged $20 per day, up to a maximum of $500.
4) All TVs are Smart TVs and require you to provide your own login for your preferred streaming services. There is no cable TV or streaming logins provided.
5) Towels are not provided but may be rented from us for $10 for 6-bath towels or 4-Beach Towels.
6) Replacement cost for lost beach badges: $85 each.
7) The thermostat is set between a range of 68 to 74 degrees.
8) Your unit is the lower level. Some may consider it a basement unit because you enter by walking down 3-steps from the street, however once inside you will be taken back by its sheer size. The ceilings are high and there is ample natural light.
9) This is a multi-family building, footsteps from guests utilizing the upstairs unit may be heard during your stay. Please consider this before making a reservation.
10) The minimum age to book is 25 years old, and the primary guest completing the reservation must remain for the duration of the stay. Photo ID for age verification purposes may be requested prior to or at the time of check-in. If the adult booking is not present at the time of check-in and for the duration of the say, the occupants will be removed without refund.
11) Please be advised that for non-family guests who are 21 years of age or younger, a security person may be required according to the regulations of Seaside Heights. If this is the case, an additional fee of $250 per night will apply.

Great location! Right next to the waterpark, only 1 block from the beach/boardwalk. The outside area was great to hang out, even though we had some rainy weather we could still be outside and dry. We had a great time and would definitely rent again!

We stayed at this property with four families, including four young children ages 3 months, 1 year, 18 months, and almost 3 years old. Unfortunately, our stay was significantly impacted by a major plumbing and sewer issue.Around 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, I notified the host that the toilets were not flushing properly and sewer water was backing up into the bathtubs. The situation worsened throughout the evening. Even when no one in our unit was using water, the tubs continued to back up, the toilets would not flush correctly, and eventually a floor drain began backing up into the kitchen area. The entire house smelled strongly of sewage.A licensed plumber staying with our group confirmed this was not caused by excessive toilet paper as blamed by the host. The plumbing continued to back up when people on the upper floor used water, indicating a larger sewer issue. By 8:00 p.m., we were told to use bathrooms at another rental several houses away. Around 9:15 p.m., we were instructed to move our group, including four small children, to another house. Most disappointing was being blamed for the problem and charged for alleged damages.The property itself may have potential, but the handling of a sewer backup, the lack of timely repairs, the accusations directed toward guests, and the attempt to charge us for an issue that was clearly beyond our control made this a very disappointing experience.

We expected a 1 star; especially when the guest had to pay for the damages caused by them. We are disappointed this review omits several important facts. We never hear any complaints, until the sewer line backup on a Saturday night. They reserved for the weekend and arrived on Friday.
Over 24 hours everything was fine, not a single complaint. And as added confirmation to the service that we provide, we always reach out to our guests via the VRBO site and Texting, stating that if anything needs attention, please reach out to us. Again, never a call except when they back up the sewer line. Our records, including the licensed plumber’s findings, indicated the blockage was caused by excessive toilet paper and inappropriate items being flushed, not by a failure of the home’s plumbing system.
As soon as we were notified, we acted immediately, arranged for our handyman to open the line and unfortunately he was unsuccessful, hence we had to schedule an emergency plumbing service, and, despite the damage, relocated your entire group to another vacation home just two houses away at no additional cost so your vacation could continue with as little disruption as possible.
The plumbing repair totaled approximately $600, with an additional $300 in professional cleaning costs. These costs exceeded the $500 security deposit, and we absorbed the remaining expense. I believe that guests that leave less than a 5-star and do not leave a reason. Their rating should be completely disregarded. Our 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom beach block is an excellent choice and we stand by it.
