â Rideshare & Taxis: Uber and Lyft are widely available and provide a convenient way to explore the city.

â Biking & Walking: The neighborhood is pedestrian-friendly, with parks, grocery stores, and dining options a short walk or bike ride away.

1. Please contact us via Airbnb messenger for any questions.
2. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in the property, including the balcony. ($400 fine for smoke odour removal)
3. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 10pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund.
4. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third party bookings are not allowed.
5. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary so we can effectively prepare for next guests.
6. Please note check-out time is by 11am and keys must be placed as instructed. We can often accommodate late check-outs if we know in advance, but last minute changes may result in $25 charge per each additional half hour stayed.
7. All bookings require the ID of the individual booking and the disclosure of the full names of all guests.
8. Lost keys/fob is a $300 fee to reimburse time, parts, labour, and administration involved.
9. All guests must review and agree to the HOA rules before their stay. Any fines or fees imposed by the HOA due to guest conduct will be the guestâs full responsibility.
10. PARKING & GARAGES
All units in April Sound have an enclosed two-car garage. Garages are to be used for the parking of resident vehicles. They are not to be used for living or office space and are not to be used for storage of anything potentially dangerous. All other parking areas are reserved for visitors.
No vehicle shall be permitted to remain on any parking space in any manner that could be construed as being stored, neglected, abandoned, or otherwise not in frequent use. No overnight parking on April Sound streets is allowed other than in designated parking areas.
No mobile home, commercial truck, recreational vehicle, camper van, delivery van, boat, trailer, or any kind of inoperable motor vehicle shall be kept on any driveway or street.
Commercial and delivery vehicles may park on streets when services are being performed or goods are being delivered.
Parking on driveways is prohibited from 10 pm to 5 am.
PODS and other storage methods are prohibited.
11. Any extension requests made within 24 hours of your scheduled checkout time will incur a $50 fee.
