The Syracuse Spot
If you are looking to experience Syracuse, this is your SPOT! 2025 remodel that's centrally located to a variety of Syracuse venues, hospitals and parks. Bring your family and friends (furry included) to our home and make it your own. Our goal is to bring a high value option that provides a fun space unique to the market. We welcome you to CUSE!
Main Floor:
The Bungalow Style Home was built in 1920 and has seen several updates over the years including the most recent one in 2024-2025. The main floor houses the private rental unit with a spacious living room, 3 comfy bedrooms, fully updated bath and large kitchen for entertaining. The main entrance comes through the front of the home and goes through the private patio with seating. You will enter the front area that includes the pool table and darts for additional fun during your stay. The living area includes a large couch with recliners and 75" 4K TV with 5.1 surround sound for full experience of movies/sports. Once you enter the kitchen, you will be greeted with a large breakfast bar stocked with plenty of options to help get you going in the morning. Cooking with gas is a treat with basic cooking needs included with your stay. Large cold storage for your home cooking/grilling options will help you stay on budget while travelling. Filtered water is delivered cold through the interior door and ice maker of the refrigerator.
Back Yard:
There is a secondary entrance in the rear that leads to the second patio with private grilling area and back yard. Guests have first access to all backyard amenities. These include:
- Wood deck with seating and propane fire pit.
- Traeger grill with pellets for easy and delicious grilling.
- Cornhole platforms with boards and bags available.
- Lawn area can be used for alternate yard activities.
Second Floor:
The host lives in the upper floor apartment with separate stairwell access in the rear and side gate to give guests the privacy they need. He will often be available to assist with any guests needs.
Parking:
Free private parking is available in the 9' x 60' driveway on the side of the home (no garage access) and the public street in front of the home for larger vehicles. Guests get first access to all private parking but public street parking is first come first serve.
