Within just a short walk you’ll find grocery stores, pharmacies, coffee shops, and casual restaurants. Having an Oxxo convenience store only a block away, a Bodega Aurrera supermarket within five minutes on foot, and easy access to a nearby KFC for a quick bite makes daily life simple and practical.

What I enjoy most about this neighborhood is its warm, welcoming spirit. The community is friendly and family-oriented, and the streets are well-lit and paved, giving a sense of security at any hour.
