Vue sur l'océan, vue dégagée sur l'eau blanche et le sable. Vue sur le coucher de soleil romantique depuis le balcon de grande taille de la Condo.
Élégant confortable 2 chambres à coucher 2 salles de bain complètes, fin de l'unité Condo avec un nouveau canapé en cuir italien, lit queen, sommeil total 6 adultes.
Ce condo est entièrement meublé. Nouvelle cuisine élégante avec de nouveaux appareils et comptoirs en granit. Nouveau sol en bois. La chambre principale a tous les nouveaux meubles, avec un bureau et une imprimante / fax / copieur. Walking closet dans la chambre principale. La chambre principale s'ouvre sur le balcon.
Maître de bain a 2 lavabos et une baignoire.
La 2ème chambre possède sa propre salle de bain et son bureau. Chaque chambre a sa propre télévision + Living Room dispose d'une télévision grand écran avec système de son surround, Bose Speakers, lecteur DVD, Apple TV et connexion Internet gratuite. Table à manger extensible avec 6 chaises italiennes.
Balcon, table ronde avec 4 chaises, refroidisseur, Weber 4 Burner Grill et un rangement fermé avec tous les accessoires de plage.

Sunsets and Beautiful Condo

We enjoyed our month at this wonderful condo. The owner is very friendly and accommodating for any of our needs. We loved sitting on patio and the Weber grill was a plus! The bedrooms and living area were relaxing and comfortable. The kitchen has everything anyone would need! Also enjoyed the hot tub! Highly recommend.

Location, location, location

Ihaab is a terrific host. He always responded immediately to any questions or needs we had. He even helped us get our luggage to the unit. As you can tell, from the title, this is an awesome place to stay. We spent countless hours enjoying the deck with its incredible View of the ocean and sunsets.. great 5 weeks!

Beach-view condo

Had a terrific six weeks stay at this beautiful place. It’s right on the PCH, and close enough to walk to the pier or Main Street. The condo has everything you need for a perfect stay. The owner, took time to personally show us where everything was and how things work. Hope to stay there next year. Thanks Ihaab!

Paradise in Hot Tub Time Machine

Loved our stay Ihaab was wonderful to work with immediate communication whenever needed the pool and hot tub were exceptional clean heated and never anyone really in there had an amazing Extended Stay thank you Ihaab.

Great location and hospitality

The location and view from the corner balcony were awesome, and the 2br 2ba provided great space for our family (with two parking spaces in busy HB)! The owner was a delight to work with, provided a great check-in orientation and was very responsive. Just note that the building has a shared laundry room if you want to get laundry done during your stay!

Heaven is a Condo by the Sea

Spectacular unobstructed ocean views from the living room and bedroom set the tone for an idyllic stay in the friendliest town on the planet. People smile and say hello as you walk along the streets by the seaside. The condo is perfect in every respect, from the kindest, most accommodating owner to the exotic artistic decor to the high-tech surround-sound and entertainment system. The bedroom office even includes a color printer! The kitchen is stocked with food and modern appliances, encouraging you on to create delicious meals for you and your guests. The expansive patio is tastefully appointed with a million-dollar view and a super-sized barbecue. Who could ever ask for more? This magical playhouse has it all from a collector’s wooden monopoly game to a kite if you feel the inclination to stroll down to the beach and enjoy the fresh ocean air. This spacious two bedroom with marble and mahogany floors is a palace for the lucky travelers who find it. A holiday here is a visit to treasure forever.

We had the time of our lives!

We stayed for 2 months due to a work assignment. We stayed with smaller 2 kids (4y & 6y) and 2 adults. Ihaab is a great and reliable host. Communication upfront and during our stay was reliable and effortless. He was easy to reach and reacted quick to our needs. He is very open, attentive and friendly, we really enjoyed working with him. The place looks even better than on the photos! It is bigger than you might think and Hosts up to 6 people. For 4 people it was perfect for a longer stay. The balcony is having a view at the ocean and seats up to 6 people, with a bbq. It’s clean and a classic style. We had everything we needed from day one. Paper towels, washing and soap was already there and stocked up for almost the entire stay. Even the printer was working. We were not missing a single item to live and work there for these 2 months. It’s right at the highway and therefore you will hear it if the windows are open. It has even 2 parking spots, which becomes very handy. Also there is a small pool and a hot tub in the complex. It’s gated and quite safe. Although walls are sometimes thin it was not too noisy. There is also a boogie board and beach equipment (chairs, umbrella…) available. Location The location is one of the best things, it’s located so close to the beach. It’s a 10 minute walk to the beach promenade and pier. The area feels very safe, but surely is busy in the summer.

Perfect place

We had a great 5weeks staying at the VRBO. Ihaab was phenomenal host so kind and very responsive! Condo is right across form the beach and the condo is well equipped with everything you could possible need!

Fabulous

The condo is in a great location with everything needed to live your life comfortably. A fully stocked kitchen has every utensil needed to cook a complete meal. The beds are very comfortable as well as the living room furniture. Now for the best part, the owner , Ihaab is one of a kind , a genuine, kind man who greets you upon arrival and shows you everything, including where to park,how to enter the complex as well as how to use the condo. I have been to over a dozen different VRBO and air b&b’s and never had a nicer owner. 5.5 stars

Great place to relax and enjoy rhe view!

Great place to enjoy peace and quiet,! Open the windows and the doors and enjoy the nice cool weather. The only thing we found missing were ceiling fans or fans. Being from Texas they are a must to keep the air moving. Other than that, we had a great appx 3 month stay! Really enjoyed our time there.

The property is in a fantastic location. Close to downtown, the pier, shopping and restaurants.

We had a great time during our month long stay at this property. It is very comfortable and is located right across the street from the beach, with great views from the balcony. It has an upgraded sound system for the large tv in the living area. There were also tv’s in both bedrooms. Ihaab, the owner of this property was easy to work with, and was available for anything that we needed or had questions about. I would definitely recommend this property to others who are looking to stay in the Huntington Beach area. You can’t beat the location!
