It truly is your own Bahay Kubo, featuring modern designs while maintaining simplistic beauty and functionality. We've sourced most of our furniture and unit fixtures locally from small businesses and artisans to showcase Filipino craftsmanship and creativity, from our rattan dining set to our watercolor paintings.

We may not have a balcony, but the view more than makes up for that and you get extra space in the bedroom compared to similar listings with balconies - you’ll see!

Our fully decked out kitchen also has a faucet-attached water filter for clean drinking water. Though if you have a sensitive gut, there’s a supermarket & convenience store at the ground flr and a water refilling station for longer stays at the basement level of Air Mall.

You may also prepare simple meals during your stay if you wish. Restaurants abound in the area for quick bites. Better yet, order in food if you just want to laze around.

For fitness enthusiasts, we provide a well-maintained and disinfected skipping rope (please only use outdoors) and an exercise/yoga mat. You can use these for stretching or bring them to the exercise lawn at the 8th floor or the covered free space at the 7th floor when it's raining.

If you have and you're bringing your little one, we're proud to say that this is one of the few places where babies/kids are top of mind. The unit is well-equipped with furniture featuring round corners, small toys, and books tucked away in our native handwoven side-table which doubles as storage. You'll also find baby bibs and utensils, a mini food blender to puree baby food, and even a portable potty in the bathroom. You'll love that Makati is abundant with pocket parks amidst the towering buildings and just a short walk away! There, the entire family can freely run around, look at koi fish and turtles in the ponds, visit weekend markets, and simply enjoy nature and greenery.

If you require a crib/travel cot, please inquire, and we might have one available for you.

Our plant decorations are real, so if it's not too much to ask, you could help by giving them some water and sunlight! We also encourage our guests to conserve water and electricity by remembering to unplug or turn off appliances when leaving the unit and only use/take what you need. This way, we can all contribute to preserving our planet.

Additional Information:

Parking: Parking is available at the Air Mall basement (Level B2) or The Rise (condo beside) for Php 50 for the first 2 hours. Private overnight parking at the Air Residences may be arranged for a fee. Please give us advance notice to check availability.

Swimming Pool Use: Pool vouchers are available for purchase at the admin office at Level B3 (9:30 AM - 5:00 PM).
Regular days: Php 150/person
Holidays: Php 300/person
We have pre-purchased pool vouchers available in the unit so you can just dive in & don’t have to queue up at the admin office.

At the 8th floor pool area, exchange prepaid vouchers for a pool wristband with the guard on duty. The wristband is your pass for that day only and is non-transferable.
Please wear proper swimming attire.
The pool is closed on Mondays for cleaning and maintenance.

For your convenience, we have pre-purchased pool vouchers available for regular days so you can skip the admin office line. Kindly leave the payment on the table/countertop at checkout.

Housekeeping: Complimentary cleaning with fresh change of sheets is available for stays of 7 days or more - simply ask for a schedule. For stays less than 7 days, cleaning is available for a fee upon request.
