The space
Construction just completed in December on this beautiful coastal cottage which boasts 12-foot tall vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan. Three bedrooms (K, Q, Q) and 2 full baths all on one level. There is an additional half-bath downstairs for your convenience when grilling out or gathering outdoors. The large backyard is just right for a game of cornhole or just enjoying time with the family.

The sunroom just off of the kitchen features beautiful floor-to-ceiling windows and a queen sleeper sofa. Step out of the sunroom to enjoy unbelievable sunset views from your balcony.

The well-appointed kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, including a gas range, large fireclay sink, and spacious pantry. The coffee bar features a pot-filler for easy access to filtered water. The large quartz bar comfortably seats four. The dining table seats six.

After a long day on the beach, relax in the shade in the spacious open carport, complete with dining table, grill, and plenty of lighting.

At Four Sail Cottage you can avoid the crowds, and enjoy peaceful seclusion. If a day at the beach is in your plans, you are only a 10-minute drive to Emerald Isle, or take a quick 15-minute drive to Morehead for a day of shopping and dining. Historic downtown Swansboro on the waterfront is also only 15 minutes away. Enjoy a round of golf at Star Hill Golf Club, just 10 minutes away.

There is plenty of nearby entertainment for the kids as well including the NC Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores, Mac Daddy's Entertainment Center, and Grace Adventure Park.

Please note that this home is on pilings (stilts), so you must be able to ascend stairs in order to access the home. There is no elevator and all living spaces are on one level.
