Lots of repairs going on, new sun deck being replaced from Hurricane and stairs to the beach not useable.

This is how you do NSB!

We have been surfing and skating this are a few times per year. This place allow us to cook and clean, but it has a little flare of vacation with the pool and view. IMO it was quite kid friendly. We will book hear again during Thanksgiving snow-bird south again it for Christmas. NSB is a proper beach town with great food, perfect beaches - and the main reason we visit so much - it has the best surf & skate culture on the east coast.

I wish the office was better staffed or not so strict on visitor bracelets. Many times we would go to the office during office hours to find no one there and then security was less than accommodating about lack of bracelets. Or give the bracelets to the security guards if office is not going to be open.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location-good Beach-goodCondition of building and grounds-fair as it would benefit from maintenance keeping areas swept and touch up paint. Elevator was broke first few days. Dead plants removed. Pool area was in fairly good condition. Management-friendly but no help regarding our concerns pertaining to our unit. Condition of unit-poor and in desperate need of a through deep cleaning and/or replaced items including the furniture, linens (especially pillows and towels) bathroom and living room rugs, window and door blinds, refrigerator, shower, behind and under the bed, kitchen drawers. The amount of filth in this unit was beyond disgusting. The owners need to seriously consider investing in this if they want anyone to be a return visitor. We are not hard to please people but there is NO excuse for filth. We were even charged an additional amount for cleaning services which was a complete joke. We literally felt like we had to put towels down to even sit down. Not a comfortable feeling to have to deal with for a week. Had it been a hotel room we would have never accepted this. Jane was no help with our concerns. So unhappy with this entire experience.
