Maison de montagne paisible et tranquille à seulement 5 minutes en voiture du centre-ville de North Conway. Récemment rénové pour vous assurer que tout ce dont vous avez à vous soucier est de passer du temps avec vos amis et votre famille!

Cette maison est entièrement équipée pour accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes et comprend de magnifiques fenêtres pleine longueur donnant sur les montagnes, une terrasse extérieure avec barbecue, un porche avec moustiquaire, une télévision de 49 pouces avec câble, une connexion Wi-Fi, une laveuse et une sécheuse et une cuisine complète . Great family vacation

Perfect house for me, my husband, two young kids and an infant. Plenty of space, everything is nice and open. Beautiful views. Close to the ski mountains and shopping. We had a great trip. We have stayed at many properties in the area and hope to be able to stay here again next winter.

Great house in a great location

What a great space to host our girls' trip!! Location couldn't have been better for our purpose of wanting to see the Fall leaves in New Hampshire. Close to good food, fun shops, the Kanc and the train!

Second stay at this house with a mountain view

This is our second time at this great home with a Mountain View. The location is perfect and there’s plenty of space to spread out. The beds are comfy. The new decks are great and thankfully the weather was beautiful so we could enjoy them. Just know that if you’re cooking in, the pots and pans are limiTed

Mountain house in North Conway.

The house was nicely presented but needed some maintenance, shelves were not securely fixed to the walls in the bathroom and the shower in the downstairs bathroom was held together with tape and tie wraps. The owner did get a plumber to try to fix it but it was not fixed before we left. The owner was responsive until the day before we left and after that did not respond my messages. I believe the house was for sale so think he wasn’t interested which is a shame.

We had a great time in North Conway! We enjoyed the house for the four days we were there. The trees were in their fall colors and that was a wonderful benefit!

Great location!

The location of this home is fantastic if you have activities planned in and around the Mt. Washington Valley. The home is warm and inviting, the views are spectacular, and it's very private. The home is showing its age and could use some repairs, but overall it's an excellent value for the cost. Would highly recommend it!

Mountain retreat

Fantastic location and beautiful place. Clean and spacious. Perfect for sharing with families. Could use some sort of A/C in large family room- kitchen for those hot , humid summer days and nights. Fans provided and does have ceiling fans. Beautiful new decks, great Mountain View’s. Hope to return next year. This was our Storyland trip!

Ski weekend with my sister and our families

My family and I stayed for three nights for a weekend of skiing. The house was great with plenty of space for the eight of us. Close to everything, beautiful views, house was very clean and the owner was great with communication. We look forward to staying here again!

The perfect N. Conway location. Wonderful stay and would absolutely look to stay again!

David was excellent in communication and the home was perfect. Clean, nicely finished and well appointed. We had a heavy snow storm while there and the plough service was taken care of and was also top notch. A great experience all round!

Beautiful, updated vacation home close to everything.

The house was beautifully decorated and kitchen excellent for family dinners. The hosts thought of every detail for their guests. Including amenities like linens, towels, tissue, and toiletries made our stay feel more like a B&B than a vacation rental. They were also extremely responsive to guest questions and concerns.

Girl’s Weekend

We had a peaceful stay at the house which is a short drive to every thing. There’s plenty of space, the beds were comfy and we were lucky to see the fall leaves and once it finally stopped raining- the Mountain View. We could’ve used a few more pots and pans since we stayed in and cooked dinner. We would definitely recommend this home for others and hope to book again in the future.

Beautiful property, very well maintained

A group of friends and I stayed for a weekend in late July. The property was absolutely beautiful, clean and very spacious. A weekend of 8 women were able to use the large bathrooms to get ready with ease. Downtown was about 10 minutes away which was nice, and still convenient. We look forward to booking this house in the winter.

Awesome!

Pulling up to the property, I knew that this was the perfect place. The quiet seclusion, with that great view of the mountains from the deck. Then we walked into the house and the layout was exactly what I look for. Nice open kitchen, dining, and living room, with 2 bedrooms right off that space, and a bathroom in between the bedrooms. Downstairs was another bedroom and a large family room, and another bathroom. If I was to ever build a home in that area (a dream of mine) this layout would be almost exactly what I would do. The convenience to everything North Conway is just an added bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property.

This place was spacious. Lots of bedrooms. Loved looking out the large windows. Loved the openness.

Property was amazing. Took our son and granddaughter to see snow. Was joined by family. Lots of space and bedrooms. Close to town. Close to Mt Cranmore. Host was amazing to communicate with. Highly recommend

Wonderful!!

I cannot possibly say enough nice things about both the rental and the owner! David was amazingly easy to work with and quick to respond with any questions I had. The house is beautiful and was beyond spacious and comfortable for my family of four. The layout was open and inviting and the house had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Thank you, David, for sharing your beautiful home with us...we can’t wait to come back!!

Winter stay

A true mountain home. Great views of the mountains, large windows let in lots of light. Warm and toasty, gas fireplace was easy and and came in handy when we lost power a couple of times. Plenty of space for two groups. Jack and Jill bathrooms provide good amount of privacy. Beds comfortable, plenty of towels. Some furniture updates needed. And a thorough cleaning. Driveway and getting in and out the door could be a bit treacherous, with ice and snow and a high step. We were there a whole month. Good value.

Highly recommend

We just spent a wonderful few days at this property as we were in town for my niece's wedding. The layout is perfect - nice big open space with the kitchen, dining, and living room - with cathedral ceilings which made it feel that much bigger. Two bedrooms on the main floor with jack and jill bathroom and two more bedrooms on the bottom floor with jack and jill bathroom. The adults stayed upstairs and the children (all 4 over 18) stayed in the basement. It was perfect! David was super easy to communicate with and even allowed us to push our departure time back a couple of hours - even though I only made the request the morning of our departure. Couldn't say enough good things about this space.

Family vacation

This property is in a great mountain location close to N Conway. It is definitely designed for fall through spring visits, not the heat and humidity of summer. Our first few days were pleasant with the lower temps and humidity, the last few were harder to get used to without air-conditioning in the main part of the house. The ceiling and floor fans helped after the sun moved out of the east facing living room windows. Note that the description of a screened porch should be changed to unscreened with recent work to replace the railings. My firefighter son was unhappy there were no fire extinguishers. There is a no pet policy but dog fur was noticed and our grandson experienced an allergic reaction. Host was very responsive to messages with him.
