Please note this intimate space shares walls with full-time residents, so respectful noise levels are appreciated.

NO SMOKING. Smoking, including the smoking or vaping of tobacco or marijuana, is PROHIBITED in all condominiums, balconies, lobby, elevator, parking garage, deck, pool and all other inside and external common areas of the building. This will be strictly enforced by the property manager and condominium board.
NO PETS. This property is NOT a pet-friendly unit, and will be strictly enforced. Please do not bring pets into the building or pool at any time.
PARKING. Free parking in the parking garage is limited to one vehicle in the designated space for unit 16. The maximum height for garage is 7’1”.
QUIET HOURS. 10 PM to 8 AM. No excessive noise, radios, speakers, vacuums, or other apparatus may be used that cause any unreasonable annoyance within the building, pool and outside common areas.
POOL & HOT TUB. The pool and hot tub hours are 10 AM - 10 PM, the pool may not be used outside of these hours. No glass containers of any kind at the pool. Please be prepared to rotate out of the hot tub after 15 minutes if others are waiting. Children under the age of 14 must be supervised by a parent or other adult 21 years of age or older. Please return the flexible hot tub cover to the tub when your visit is complete.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Parties or large gatherings are not allowed. Only registered guests are permitted on the property.
NO BOOTS OR SHOES IN THE UNIT. The slate floors are easily scratched. Please leave all shoes and boots in the shoe ladder by the front door.
NO SKI EQUIPMENT, SKI BOOTS OR OTHER OUTDOOR EQUIPMENT IN THE UNIT. All ski equipment is to be left in the downstairs ski room. Bonus: There are boot heaters to warm your boots overnight.
Bikes cannot be wheeled through the hallways, in the elevator, or stored in the unit or balcony. Please store bikes in the designated space in the parking garage.
TREAT OUR HOME WITH LOVE AND RESPECT. Kindly treat the property with care and the same love you would treat your own. Any damages or missing items will be reported, and charges may apply.
