When you get here . . . Breathe and experience the charm of country living just 10–15 minutes from town! As you arrive, you’ll be greeted by a welcoming front porch with two cozy rocking chairs—the perfect spot to relax and take in the serene countryside. Don’t be surprised if a few curious goats or chickens peek at you through the fence!

Step inside this 1,200 sq. ft. modern farmhouse-style cottage, thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind. The home features 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, and stylish, fully furnished interiors—ideal for up to 3–4 guests.

Spacious Living Room – Sink into the oversized leather couch, enjoy your favorite shows on the TV, or unwind by the gas fireplace.

Fully Stocked Kitchen – Cook with ease using a large refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, and all the essentials.

Laundry Area – Equipped with a washer and dryer plus eco-friendly supplies.

Comfortable Bedrooms – A queen bed in one room and a king bed in the primary, both with walk-in closets.

Spa-Like Bathroom – Refresh in the walk-in shower with an adjustable shower head.

Outdoor Enjoyment – Fire up the gas BBQ and end the day rocking on the porch under the fans, watching fireflies dance in the night.

A Unique Farm Stay Experience
This charming getaway is nestled on a small dairy goat farm. While the caretaker family’s home is discreetly located behind the cottage, you’ll have complete privacy. However, if you're curious about farm life, the family is happy to share! You might even get to watch—or join—a goat milking session.

Throughout the year, we host goat yoga and other fun farm-themed activities. Expect occasional farm sounds during the day—goats bleating, a rooster crowing—but peaceful evenings filled with the gentle hum of the forest.

Additional Details:
- Small, well-behaved dogs welcome (case-by-case basis, to ensure compatibility with farm animals)
- Parking on a dedicated gravel pad adjacent to the cottage
- Garages & barns are reserved for farm use
- Smoke-free & fragrance-free home

To ensure a peaceful environment, everyone on the farm is asked to minimize noise between 9 PM and 6 AM as a courtesy to others, except on holidays.
Harassment of any farm animal is strictly prohibited. No feeding or interaction with farm animals without proper guidance.

We love hosting guests on our goat farm because it gives us the chance to share the simple joys of farm life with others. There's something truly special about waking up to the soft bleats of friendly goats, watching the sunrise over open fields, and experiencing nature up close. Our farm offers a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle, and we take pride in creating a cozy, down-to-earth environment where guests can relax, reconnect, and maybe even bottle-feed a baby goat or two. It’s a place where memories are made, and we’re excited to share that with every visitor who stays with us.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We chose our 14-acre goat farm in the quiet community of Richardsville because it offered the perfect blend of natural beauty, tranquility, and convenience. Just north of Bowling Green, KY, and within easy reach of the breathtaking Mammoth Cave National Park, our property features rolling pastures, a peaceful pond, and plenty of space for our happy herd of goats to roam. We fell in love with the rural charm and the friendly, close-knit feel of the area, where starry nights, scenic drives, and wildlife sightings are part of everyday life. At the same time, we’re only a short drive from all that Bowling Green has to offer, including great shopping, diverse restaurants, and local attractions. For traveling professionals, our location is also conveniently close to local hospitals and medical centers, making it an ideal retreat after a busy day of work. It’s a hidden gem that offers the best of both worlds—peaceful country living with easy access to everything you need.

We felt a calling to settle here and were overjoyed to find this farm, now our home. As a close-knit family, we deeply value our faith, our country, and the community around us.

Our friendly goats and other farm animals are not just part of the farm—they're part of our family. They bring smiles and love to everyone they meet. Goat yoga is a fun and invigorating experience, and our Nigerian Dwarf goats, known for their exceptional dairy milk, have even won regional and national competitions!

We aim to offer you a home away from home, providing a memorable and enriching experience where you can relax, unwind, and fully immerse yourself in the beauty of nature and farm life.
